Varlikitchen is incredible! Every dish was full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The Chicken Manchurian was perfectly saucy and spicy, the Varli Lamb Burger was juicy with fresh slaw and soft buns, and the Chole Bhature was pure comfort with fluffy bhature and rich chickpeas. The Chole Kulcha was another standoutโsoft, buttery kulcha with perfectly seasoned chole and classic sides. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Easily one of the best spots for Indian street...
Stumbled upon this Indian street food place. Pleasantly surprised to NOT see it in Hicksville. Very authentic Indian street food. We got the Lamb burger and the pav bhaji. Great Indian twist to the burger. Will return for the other delicacies.
