I was a regular customer here at the Williston Park deli. Day by day the service would get worse since the previous owner joe left. There is a guy that works there that never smiles and is very rude to me when I take my order. Acts as if he's doing me a favor by taking my order. Besides that fact, I would come every morning for my coffee and bagel, until one day I get my order taken by the nastiest guy ever. Not wearing gloves is one thing, but itching into your sock with your bare fingers while making my bagel?! That's just all levels of disgusting. Absolutely horrid experience. Will definitely not be going back to this dirty establishment.

This place used to have great breakfast until they got really cheap. Today I ordered an egg white wrap with four egg whites and three slices of turkey bacon. I will attach a picture to show what they gave me. This is not the first time but it is the last time. I wasn't looking for a deal I was just looking for what I ordered. When I called up to complain they could care less.

This is supposed to be a grilled cheese with cheddar and tomato on rye... cheese is not melted bread was soggy. Cheese tasted like American cheese. 7 dollars for this?!

I really tried to hold back this review however I feel its necessary. I come 5 days a week to purchase a platter every morning. It cost $7. Times 5 days a week $35 times 54 weeks a year that's $1890 a year. I called up this morning and was rushed through my order rudely. Also the person hangs the phone up without a thank you or anything. That to me is not professional or polite. I'll have to consider going somewhere else until I receive an apology.

The owner that answers the phone is absolutely RUDE! he should not have an establishment working with the public, I am boycotting this deli from my place of business do not eat there!
My coworkers and I have been ordering from here for years, however, recently the standards have dropped drastically. Last week I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and when it came it had no egg in it!! We called and all they did was send the egg, no apologies or fresh sandwich.Then today we ordered a bacon, sausage egg and cheese and they forgot the sausage. We called and they just sent the sausage. Absolutely terrible service!!

I will no longer be ordering from this deli as a customer if I want bacon to order than I should have that! Instead of bacon that is cooked early in the morning and is sitting and hard and greasy. So the owner feels I'm the only one complaining so you wont get my money anymore or from my place of business you are BAND!
