Enjoyed our dinner and will likely become regulars after our 2nd recent visit. Very interesting menu that we hope to explore further.
We've been going here for years. This was one of the best experiences, however. The food was excellent. The presentation was wonderful as well.
The food is very fresh and well portioned (can share if you want) Love the sole Franchisee Beautifully done Also the stuffed zucchini app is sooo good! My husband loves the lentil soup. Servers are accommodating and pleasant.
We ate at the bar in the excellent care of Matthew and Jamie and enjoyed our meal. Martinis were okay if a bit over diluted, but the olives were tasteless. We shared two appetizers, baked clams and caprese salad. Both were somewhat disappointing; the half dozen clams were tiny although sweet. The caprese was composed of cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls which may as well have come from a container at Price Chopper. We split an order of Sunday sauce which was quite good; sausage, beef braciole, a meatball, and a large pork rib, all were tasty and filling. The three dishes we shared satisfied our appetites, but the appetizers did not match the entree in quality. There are better Italian restaurants in Saratoga but this is a place where you can always find a table and a decent meal.
Delicious food and great service. Love the complimentary old fashioned cheese pizza appetizer.
I made a reservation for 12 but arrived with 18. They accommodated me with some effort on their part but with a smile and made me feel better. As always, the food was delicious and abundant!
Food excellent and attentive service (although not very friendly). It was loud and hard to have a conversation with my husband across the table.
It's hard to give a review when your total time in the restaurant with appetizers, entrees and dessert was literally 26 minutes. The food was ok but was definitely cooked too quickly to put any love in it to develop the flavors. We had the chicken Frances and Marsala. Both were a bit bland and needed seasoning. The waitress was attentive but the pace was way too fast which was hard to understand as the restaurant was less than half capacity so we did not see the reasoning for a quick turn over. All and all it would be better for take out vs. going out for a nice dinner with your wife. I literally have a hard time remembering the experience.
The waiter basically took care of the bigger tables and ignored us as a couple . He came to check on us basically we were finished with dinner . We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for him to come so we could get our check and all he did was look at me while talking to the people at the bigger table . Finally the women who sat us saw me sitting there looking frustrated and got our check and cashed us out .
Never had a bad meal at Nove' Had Linguine with white clam sauce...was delicious! Service was excellent, as always!

Nove is a lovely Italian restaurant with excellent customer service and delicious food. We love to go there when we are in Saratoga for the races.
Although we had reservations, when we arrived the young greeter told me it would be another 30 minutes if we wanted a seat inside. “That’s the way it is” even with reservations. They then offered the patio, which I did not know existed. It is out back under a tent overlooking the parking lot. We ended up taking that as it was my father’s birthday and he couldn’t eat any later. At the table there was little light and we struggled to read the menus. The mosquitos were numerous. The menu was about $5 or more higher than the exact menu online listed for each item. The food arrived and was just ok, except for the calamari which was good but small. We were highly disappointed. The kicker was a $8 fee for using a credit card. Note they have a $25 cake cutting fee if you bring one. There are much better places to dine at in Saratoga.
Sat at the bar and got the best drinks from our server. She is the best and makes the best marg. If there are open seats at the bar Go there
Fantastic dinner we are still talking about! Drinks, appetizer, dinner and dessert for 150 before tip! Generous portions we only had about half of our entree so we could also have dessert. The nutella zepolles are amazing! Great service! Everything was wonderful,
It's always fantastic to be greeted by Bob and the best long hot peppers in town A wonderful dining experience and special thanks to CEASAR for his great service as well as his assistances See you again
