The highlight, without a doubt, was working with our caterer, Maura, and our event coordinator, Lisa.
From the moment that we first let Lisa know we were interested in using the Elks Lodge, we were impressed with how many options there were for us, with the food, decor, and entertainment options. We didn't have a vision to begin with, but after doing some research with what we wanted Lisa was able to help us make the space beautiful. Walking into the room on the day of our wedding, I was so pleased to see everything come out as we envisioned and discussed with Lisa. She was so gracious to let us have a hand in decorating and spent a lot of time discussing with us the A/V options.
The food was delicious, and Maura was able to make modifications so that guests that had special dietary restrictions were included in our wedding dinner. We loved the chicken piccata dish, and the butternut squash lasagna was equally excellent! The presentation was just as impressive, as it lent itself well to making everything look as good as it tasted.
The staff at both the venue and catering were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make our event special. The day ran so smoothly and we couldn't have done that without everyone above!
