The only place to eat while I was traveling. 1030 am I thought I could grab breakfast. No go. Disappointed. Ordered a fish sandwich, fries and a drink. I figured then it would be fresh. The fries were not. Oh well.

The manager at mcdonalds in wezt windsor new york once again i was polite and respectful wanted to have a kind interaction and she did not want nothing to do with a conversation but a nasty look and slamed the drive thru window after i gave her the money.this is the third time this older manager has discriminated me and the owner i have talked to in the past has done nothing since she continues to discriminate me again.i dont know this woman at all but she the most unprofessional manager ever how does she keep her job when discriminates customers??

As good, and as clean as it gets for a McDonald's in this area.
I dont eat at McDonalds very often, but In all of Broome County, NY the Windsor location is the only store that I will order from, despite it being a longer drive. I ALWAYS get a Big Mac and it comes out CONSISTENTLY well.made. AND Big macs can be messy by nature. Bit at the Windsor stire they add all the rught amounts of condiments. I have gone to many others in the area and their sandwiches come out sloppy and barely edible. KUDOS to whoever is responsible (Owner, management, employees) for the care that goes into making their food like it should be made. Thank you Windsor Mc Donalds!! Excellent!!

We ordered at the kiosk two drinks. After 5 mins of not one of the employees even acknowledging us and the other 6 people waiting we helped ourselves to the cups and filled our own drinks and left. The focus was definitely on the drive thru customers

It's right off the highway so we expected it to be busy! But no one was friendly. It took forever to get one happy meal and a large diet coke. We went in bc the drive thru was crazy. I'm not upset but it was very overwhelming. I felt terrible for the employees but it's customer service. Smile. Be kind.
