The Big Mac needs it's name changed to Baby Mac. McDonalds increased the prices and cut back on the proportion sizes of the burgers.

I really think it’s crazy I order from this store constantly and there always messing up I went in to get a Big Mac with no lettuce like I get every time and there’s no extra Mac sauce and I payed for it and there’s was lettuce and the slip literally said no lettuce I called the store 13 times with no response

Easter Sunday, Pulled in with my family from a long trip waiting in the drive through line to have my family witness maybe a manager (Red shirt, long blonde hair dowm to her waist) yelling at a customer in the parking lot while recording on her phone using profanity and yelling about drug use. It was very unprofessional and saw many cars leave due to this altercation including my family and I feeling very uncomfortable.

Food quantity and quality have gone down..but the service is worse. No one cares for customer service. Show up.. do the work and collect your pay. Thanks for showing up at all I guess. I really can't complain though, I have stopped going to McDs and now only go once a year for some fries. Thanks.

Nasty. Disappointing Experience with Food and Service at McDonald's I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with McDonald's. I ordered food through DoorDash and was shocked to find pieces of metal in my burger. This is unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, I was denied. This lack of accountability and customer care is alarming. Unfortunately, my previous visits to this McDonald's location have also been marred by poor service. Some of the workers have been rude and unprofessional calling names and more, and orders are frequently incorrect. Even simple requests, like getting the right size cup, seem to be too much to ask. On one occasion, I was handed a leaking cup and told that they couldn't provide a replacement. The only redeeming quality of this McDonald's location is the physical building itself, which is nicely designed and maintained. However, a nice building is not enough to compensate for the serious issues with food safety and customer service. When I asked about the missing 20-piece McNuggets, he stated that all the food had been handed out and they were closed. No money back, no food, just get out!!! We ordered our food at 5:40 and waited when we heard the employee tell the people waiting at the register at 5:45 that they were closed and not taking more orders. Our order took about 20 minutes and was missing food. When I inquired about the missing food, the gentleman behind the counter found a separate bag and handed it to me with one of the items. When I asked about the missing 20-piece McNuggets, he stated that all the food had been handed out and they were closed. No money back, no food, just get out.
