Was excited to try this place as their menu is big and many of the reviews were good, but ended up having one of the most if not the most uncomfortable experience of my life.
I showed up a few minutes early to pick up my take out order and ended up sitting in their dining area for approximately 20 minutes before receiving my food.
The staff working there were clearly all high school aged students (nothing wrong with that) who unprofessionally had what appeared to be several friends hanging around during their shift. These “friends” were hanging around in the dining area and at and even behind the counter in the kitchen area.
At several points, other customers came in to grab their food. One customer arrived and was respectfully upset their order took well over an hour to complete. What proceeded to unfold was a loud and extremely vulgar conversation/argument between the customer and the “friends” of the workers which at several points displayed aggressive behaviors. This lasted for nearly the duration I waited for my food.
Absolutely this situation would and should have been avoided pending the workers were professional and did not have their “friends” hanging around during their shift. I cannot imagine haven chosen to dine in, or god forbid a family with children were present.

Love their pizza. Unfortunately I eat very healthy so I only get 1 slice at a time but it's very good. Oh I almost forgot. The veal parm hero is good too. I forgot the owners name but he always comes up to the counter and personally greets me.

We love Cousin's Pizza and Doug's Catering is spectacular! Recently ordered the chicken francese and chicken marsala for a family event. Spectacular!Doug has catered all of our family parties over the years and my extended family raves about the food!Prices are very reasonable and we always have just enough leftover to not have to cook for a few days!

Good Pizza, Good Camp Fries, Good BBQ Wings. Just Baffled they don't travel 10 minutes to Dover.I did get a little frustrated a couple months ago, when the owner or manager said it doesn't take 10 minutes to go to Dover, as if I was lying.I guess in words of My Cousin Vinny, no pun intended, "the laws of physics must cease to exist in his vehicle". Or Google is lying. Either or, he was wrong!I just feel bad for there delivery driver, and Cousins Pizza. More people would order from them, because the pizza in Dover is Cheeks.?♂️Just saying.

Horrible pizza ordered two slices of buffalo chicken waited 25 mins and it was so undercooked I had to put it in my oven at home I would have gotten sick. Only reason they are still open is there is nothing around here. Service is just as bad they could care

It was just really depressing. Also the kitchen didn’t look very clean. I live in Brooklyn, nyc and this place doesn’t even meet my standards for random pizza places in Manhattan. Your probably wondering about the taste of the pizza though. And it wasn’t much better. I got the white slice, and it was just sad. It was a cold, tough crust with some cold cheese and more cheese spread on top of that. Now, I don’t like leaving bad reviews. The people seemed nice, and I’m sorry I had to leave this review.
