Fun summer spot with solid kosher BBQ
Great place to grab a casual bite in the Catskills! The pastrami eggrolls and wings were amazing, and the ribs were juicy and flavorful. It gets very busy during peak season, so expect a wait—especially if you're ordering takeout. Service was friendly but a little slow. Prices are a bit high for the portion size, but the food hits the spot if you're in the mood for classic Dougie’s flavor. Definitely a summer staple.

OK, we came at peak hours, we had to push thru the crowds , plus it was a bit awkward to walk on the street publicly carrying out our food. Otherwise, food was pretty tasty , the music was wayyy too loud, however.

Parking: There's a smaller parking lot for patrons only, plus there's a larger one for all a few stores down.

Always a staple in the mountains no matter what other places open. The server has gotten legend status in my book, she’s been there as long as I can remember!

I visited on a Sunday. I was concerned about visiting in middle of a busy day thinking it would take forever for our food to be ready. But to my surprise the food was ready in a flash! Overall the food was very good. I was a little upset about the lettuce in my salad not being crisp, but I guess that's par for upstate summer. Register personnel were amazing and they got the orders right down to every last detail even though there were 10 of us with several restrictions. Really super impressed. This restaurant is definitely an asset and hope it stays around for a long long time
