We followed some facebook recommendations and reached out to Erin for a last minute first communion cake. She squeezed us in and made a gorgeous vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and many cake pops. Not only did everything look beautiful but it was all delicious. Many of our guests were raving and I look forward to the next time we need a cake for an event. We will definitely be calling Erin!

Erin did our wedding cake and cupcakes, and they were absolutely amazing, from the taste to the appearance. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with!! I highly recommend her for any cake needs you may have. We had over 400 cupcakes at our wedding and by the end of the night there were only about 40 left, so that definitely says how good they were. She has sooo many flavors, which makes it hard to choose from because they are all so yummy! We would’ve chosen every flavor but we narrowed it down to 4. The cupcakes that we had left over the next day, we’re all eaten for breakfast and still tasted just as yummy!!

Erin Did incredible deserts for my wedding. They were so amazing , never have I ever had a cupcake as delicious the pistachio cupcake. It was a huge hit of the night. All the treats were so good, they went so fast that I almost didn't get any. I happened to find Erin's page on a whim of searching for local bakeries that would be able to do something that fit our theme. I am not from anywhere near the area but we were having a our wedding in Downsville. She is definitely our go to baker for the family when we have a getaway to the our country house and we need some treats! I'm so lucky to have found her it's a bonus that she does gluten free treats

I don't think the place is a normal bakery. However for caterring , she fits the bill. I've seen a lot of her work over the years, working for various places. I know she will do cakes for any occasion, pastries etc. I personally don't like the marzipan cakes, but they look nice. You know the ones that look perfectly smooth, but the outside is like leather. Other than that, her work is exceptional.
