Whike in the area visiting our son, My husband & I stopped by BBG's sports bar in New Hartford. . This was our first visit to BBG'S. The atmosphere is very warm & inviting. There are plenty of beer on tap, Cocktails, etc.. they have a nice menu with a variety of items to choose from. We had the loaded fries and fried pickles, both were delicious. There are plenty of game machines to keep you busy, and a pool table. We met Chris, one of the owners of the bar. She was very Nice. This place is a must visit if in the area, you will definitely enjoy all they have to offer.

The food is amazing but everytime my boyfriend and I go there it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get our food. Every time we go it is 100% empty and it still takes forever. Today it took a full hour to get even our bread appetizer and our waitress/bartender was on her phone behind the bar the entire time. I had to wait for her to look up and make eye contact before I got a refill of my drink. I also had to go up and ask when our appetizer would be ready because we had been there so long (literally an hour) with no update. Pictures attached of her on her phone. She literally was just on her phone for the entire time.

We had our book club meeting here last night and it was great! We didn’t know Cornhole tournament was happening as a lot of us had never been and they found a place out of the way for us to meet. An awesome atmosphere and so inviting and friendly. It was my first time there but it definitely won’t be my last! ❤️

Just went in to get a quick bite, ordered the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. The chicken nuggets were $13 or $14 for 7. The mozzarella sticks, got 5 for $13. The nuggets were small, no sauce and so salty that they couldn’t be eaten. They did take the nuggets off the bill. Which I appreciate. I also understand food prices have gone up, but only getting 7 small little nuggets…kinda crazy!

Just went in to get a quick bite, ordered the chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. The chicken nuggets were $13 or $14 for 7. The mozzarella sticks, got 5 for $13. We stopped in to BBGs last night for the first time. We arrived right around 5 to an empty restaurant- not a soul sitting at a table, and only a few people sitting at the bar. We picked a table and sat down, and the server brought us over menus and took our drink orders. She was very quick to return with our drinks and to take our food order. Our entire order was mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and a burger. It took over 40minutes for the food to come out (mind you the restaurant was still empty). They charge $13 for an order of mozzarella sticks, and there were 5 little sticks on the plate with a small dish of marinara. The chicken tenders though - that’s what got me. 4 of the tiniest little pieces of chicken on a plate of fries and they charge $13. That wasn’t even half of a chicken breast. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I understand that the cost of food has gone up, but that was outrageous.
Went here for the first time tonight. Met with the girls in my book club. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent staff and great food. Highly recommend if your looking for a fun place.

Me and my friends were recommended this place and we were super happy to find a spot that is 18+ because we have a good mix of friends that we can’t go out with us because they aren’t 21. I went up and ordered a beer and went to play some games with my friends. We immediately noticed there was a lady at the bar staring us down. We tried to ignore it but after a few minutes of her literally staring straight at us we went up to ask her what the problem was. She said we looked like suspicious and like we were trying to share drinks. I was the only one with a beer out of a group of 7 (so yeah we we’re definitely trying to pass it around). After explaining that we only got 1 beer out of a group of 7 she said she didn’t care and she wasn’t gonna take her eyes off of us cause she “works here” and “knows what trouble looks like” Bartender didn’t say anything to her or us, so we left after about 10 minutes of being there. It really sucked because we were hoping we found a new weekend spot. We will definitely never be back even though it looked like an awesome place to hangout.
