My daughter and I planned a bridal shower for my daughter-in-law. The room was beautiful and spacious. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful to make sure our plans work. We received so many compliments on the food. Amazing venue!

We hosted our Utica-Rome Chapter dinner at Monarch Banquets and couldn’t have been happier. The food was outstanding, and Joe and Monica were incredibly accommodating—communicating clearly right up to the day before the event. They never gave me any trouble, even as I kept adding guests to the list! I’m sad to see them leave the business, but excited for whatever comes next in their journey. Monica and Joe made our wedding day perfect!! They were always quick to respond to any question and came with so much wedding expertise that helped make it easy to plan our days events. Monica took care of all the decorating and it was absolutely beautiful to walk into our reception. Joe cooked a phenomenal meal that I'm still dreaming about. They are both top notch and I can't thank them enough!

Monica Hickel made the booking experience easy and made sure that every request was met to ensure a perfect day for the bride to be. The room Monica put us in was well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The menu choices were outstanding and all of the food was well-prepared and delicious! In addition, the prompt and courteous service provided by the staff kept the bridal shower moving in the right direction at all times. We can’t thank them enough for all that they did to ensure a special day for the bride to be!
