Every time I place an order, they always lose it. Never fails. Horrible customer service.

It's all around a great bakery. The half moons are banging. And the ham salad from the deli counter is the best I've had in the area. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Younger girls working there very pleasant...but quality of especially plain donuts not so good. They used to make puffy formed filled plain donuts but now they are so small deformed and no way worth what they charge for them. Quality should top quantity. What they are selling should be thrown away. Some days they are good but mostly not. The ones I purchased today were smaller around then my thumb...unacceptable.

Yesterday I went and picked up a cake and cupcake for my niece’s birthday. The two young girls at the counter, Maddy and Gabby, were extremely helpful. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, got my order, and cashed me out all with smiles on their face making my trip very pleasant and efficient. The cake was delicious, beautiful, and had a lot of Holland Farm’s amazing frosting on it, which is always my favorite part!

I have been going to Holland Farms since the 90s.Always have had delicious pastries, salads and lunch menus. BUT lately one lady has decided to become the line police!! For the last 2 yrs I been going in for salads,I walk over to that counter for my salads,and spend appox. $15 to $20 at least 2 or 3 x per week AND I hear a voice from across the way that I must get in line in the middle of the store with all the people making their selections of pasteries. This past week for the 5th time I heard that same voice. I spoke to someone in charge asking why is there a register at the salad counter and I can't just run into get the salads and go instead of waiting in a line of people making their minds up for your delicious pasteries????? She apologized but could not offer a solution!!!Very angry! What if some people wanted coffee would they too have to wait in the delicious pastry line????? My expectation the 1st lady was extremely rude😫 Holland Farms you provide a service for your delicious foods please be more considerate and compassion to your customers! Do something to resolve this situation! I will not be told what to do again,I will continue to go to the salad counter and expect to be waiting on with a cheerful voice "May I Help You" Is that too much to ask? They say an unhappy customer will tell 10 people well maybe this post will be many more and I thank you for your consideration!

Amazing shop delivering amazing food to multiple venues/ catering events I've attended since coming to Utica.

Whenever I see their delivery boxers I know good food or desserts are on hand, and after having their half-moons I knew I had to leave a review and a thank you!

Second bakery I visited today hoping for fresh baked goods. We ordered some donuts and half seemed fresh and the other half were a day old at least. The store seems like a 7-11 and did smell faintly of bakery. I'll stick to Daily Bread in Syracuse. This place was a disappointment.
