Multiple times I’ve tried to get food and they’re closed for no reason at 11/2 or 4pm with lights on and all, staff is not the greatest imo either not very attentive and the parking lot is absolute trash

Pizza must have been sitting there all day. It was cold when i got it. Sad day for me and pizza😔. Seriously though, if you wouldn’t want to eat it then don’t serve it.

Placed a online order for pickup through the drive thru, got to the window and was treated like I was bothering him and was told our order hasn't even been put in the oven and that they're super busy because it's football Sunday and that it's going to be at least 25 minutes or more before my food was ready. Will not be going to this location ever again. I'll drive out of my way to visit a different location for now on. And honestly this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star

Terrible customer service. Waited over a half an hour for two orders of crazy bread just to get a refund, because the workers there are incompetent. No personality, both workers there smelled like weed, and was not using proper hand hygiene when handling the food. The girl was on her phone the entire time while also handling food with no gloves. If you’re ever thinking of going to the Yorkville one, don’t. I’d rather risk getting robbed on Mohawk street to go to that Little Caesar’s than ever go here again.

Honestly they dont even get 1 star... I ordered dinner for my family of 7 we got 3 different pizzas and 2 orders of stuffed bread. Spent over $40. And it didn't look or taste good at all! The pretzel pizza didn't look or taste like it should, the cheese pizza looked like crap, the only 1 that looked half way good was stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but turns out that 1 wasnt all the way done! And if I didn't live almost 40 minutes away I would of took it all back... at least the dogs got some pizza 🤷♀️ wont be going back!

This is 2nd pretzel crust pizza with zero salt! Hello lazy worker, pretzel crust is supposed to have salt on it. Completely ruins the taste of pizza. Not sure if I will order again. The Buffalo wings were not good either, barely any sauce so taste was blah. Do better.

Worst service worst management seen in this area the facility has had the health department there 3x this year when finding they had no running hot water in the restaurant for over 2 years!
