went through DT this evening about 730 and ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals with fries ,no apples, and chocolate milks, LG hi-c orange and LG sweet tea. didn't get chocolate milks or fries in our happy meals. called to let them know and teenager on phone says unless I wanna drive back, they can't do nothing for me. I said, you can take my name and I can get them next time as I'm already out of town.He says oh yeah I can do that. Wow so impressed with the service, not.
Came through the drive thru today around 330 and got an iced coffee. I used a deal in the app that I almost always use if I don’t have points for the free iced coffee. Deal is .99 for any large coffee (hot or iced). So I order and the person says $1.. me thinking that’s weird because it says .99 and I know it is .99. The food is usually pretty gross. Not disgusting but gross. We ate there a bunch before I noticed it was consistently bad compared to other mcds. Especially the fries and hamburger patties! Also it takes forever when its not that many people in line
