Great owners & great food! Our kids are always excited when we get Padrone’s for dinner! The customer service is top notch as well. 10/10 recommend!

Unfortunately the better place in town wasn’t open yet so I allowed myself to order from this place. Buffalo chicken sub that had about 4 pieces of chicken on it and a 20$ “hot honey pizza” that was just a Normal pepperoni pizza 12 inch. Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

Literally THE WORST service in town, which is a shame because it wasn't always. Here's the story: -I order pizza in the Slice app -It says the order is on the way -20 minutes AFTER it's "on the way" I call to verify and they say yeah it'll be on the next delivery. It happens, more frequently lately, but okay. -An additional 35 minutes later I call and they say, "we're busy, we have 20 delivery orders, it'll go out on the next run." -I ask if I can pick it up, get put on hold, then yeah I can pick it up -I get there and they hand me $50 worth of dry pizza and a 32oz ranch (dairy) that's WARMER THAN THE PIZZA and been sitting out for over an hour! -They switch out the ranch after I complain, but don't offer any apology or even to refund the tip I left for the driver that NEVER DELIVERED MY PIZZA. -Moreover, there were only 3 orders on the oven and the workers were all sitting around! -I say to the guy "come on man, this is not okay, especially for over $50" -A girl butts in and says "we were busy, I don't know what to tell you." -I say, "Surely that's not the best response." -She replies, "I just work here dude." -I tell her, "If you're not going to be helpful then just don't say anything." She turns and GLARES AT ME until I leave That's as helpful and apologetic as Padrones can possibly be apparently. Someone really needs to address the attitudes and quality of service. I will never return. Not going to tip or frequent a place that accepts such a low bar for behavior. The sub-4 stars should have been an indicator I suppose. Go to Coopers or East.

I can’t even explain how delicious our food was. From the dough, to the sauce and cheese, and everything in between- it was top notch! Will most definitely be returning soon! Give it a try… it’s sure to become your new favorite pizza spot!

We were looking for a place to grab a quick lunch before attending a performance at ONU and we tried Padrones Pizza. We were met by friendly people and our pizza was great!!! Great service, drink refills in a very clean restaurant. The pizza, breadsticks were hot and very tasty! Great experience!

The owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. Pizza was really good and at a great price compared to others in town. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long while. They definitely put the customers first over themselves. All in all a great place to eat!

This place is struggling and you can tell why. We ordered two pizzas, dined in and tipped and walked right next door to the movie theater with our pizza as well and the owner called a tow truck on our car. The place is a ghost town and they are towing customers. Unreal. Luckily the tow truck drivers knows this is what they do and we didn't get towed.
Parking: Tow happy. Doesn't matter is you are a customer or not.
