I have been to this Starbucks multiple times because I go to school in Ada, therefore I feel that my opinion matters here. This has never really been an issue until just recently (October-December 2023), but the last few times I've gone to this Starbucks, they have messed up my order. I have only said something a few of the times. This has been from not being iced when I clearly say I would like an iced drink, or they get the flavoring etc. wrong. Also, they are often out of many, many items, which I understand isn't really up to them, however this is a running business and should have their holiday drinks in the middle of December. I have just been overall disappointed in the quality and accuracy of my drinks the past few times I have been to this location.

Place a big order from here while in town for an event. They had it completed and ready to go earlier than promised. Also saw a steady flow of customers in and out with specialty drinks. They got speed.

The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because their hours are terrible they close at 4, I drive 20 min here 2+ times a week because it’s the closest Starbucks to me but there have been times I’m caught working and can’t make it until 4-4:15 and I’ve drove for nothing because I was told by an employee 5 pm closing , super sad to get here see all the lights on yet and doors locked ? maybe open even a hour later the rest are open until 8-9 pm! Aside from that staff are great coffee is amazing

They messed up my simple tea with milk and sugar. The place itself is clean and spacious tho.

Always ask for a cream frappuccino, will even double down by saying please no coffee, and they make it with coffee almost every time. Very frustrating

Staff (mostly college students) are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Will stand right in front of you having personal conversations or on their cell phones while you wait for them to finally notice you and take your order.

Got a venti cup of milk and syrup. Drink is white and there is no way there is any espresso in this. I've gotten this drink many times and this is just disgusting.
