Didnt have anything we wanted fry were like rocks and so was the chicken in my burrito and they didnt give me everything i ordered

Horrible customer service! The wait for the drive through has extended 15-minutes and it was almost impossible to back out. When called they said they had more people come into the lobby and they are trying to get back to the drive through meanwhile there is a line of cars extending out to the street. When I let the person on the phone know this she said “I’m not surprised” Not sure who is managing this restaurant but if this is the type of operation they run we will never even try to stop again EVER!

I have never waited longer for my food at any restaurant, and its consistently incredible slow. Its a 30+ minute wait for 1 taco. Unbelievable.

The Manager Ashley Budwit is so helpful and eager to please! She is an amazing team leader. Clean, and fast service! You can always count on your order to be quick and correct!

I am a 84 year old women who can't get around great, so I went thru the drive thru window at Taco Bell in
Ada Ohio on Saturday nite around 7 PM ON JUNE 28, 2025 ON MY SCOOTER. They refused to serve me because I was on my scooter. The District Manager needs to have a talk with these kids and explain to them what age discrimination is. The girl acted like I was dirt under her feet. Please teach these kids about customer service. Just because some of us are old, doesn't mean we don't get hungry. I just hope they treat their grandparents better.

I have traveled a lot and garnered 160k views. I love being a local guide around U.S. localities. I must say Ariel AND Zack are highly intelligent. Love to hear them speaking about being happy positive innovations continue to come from Corporate and why Taco Bell is in a class of it's own. I already recommend Taco Bell but I highly recommend the Ada location
Literally 1 hr wait on a simple order for 2 ppl on a Tuesday night.. .this place needs help! Don't come if you are hungry or in a hurry!
I have to leave a 1 star review after hearing how manage haelie talked the manager chris yesterday i dont understand or see how she is a manager or has any responsibilities their after she talked to him that she is a horrible person manager and human being and after many times being here as a customer she spends more time in the office lobby or out in cars smoking whether it is by herself or with another female manager and quite frankly how much she goes outside to smoke is very unprofessional and irresponsible especially when you see her come back in and she looks high
This used to be an ok place, other than the outrageous prices on items sold for half the price at any other location, but they stopped serving breakfast? This is a college town. If the owner wasn't so greedy and actually kept the price of the food at an acceptable level they would most definitely get more traffic here. Again, college town with no breakfast? They probably only stay in business because it's the only place we can eat after 10:30pm.
If you're driving through, just save your money and get a better deal at McDonald's. At least there you can get an entire meal for $5 where you can get only ONE burrito at this location.

I used to like this place but now they absolutely REFUSE to take your order in person. They make you either use the drive-thru or that damn kiosk desk. Umm...NO. I have dietary restrictions I absolutely need to make sure is done correctly. On top of that, I'm not getting paid to use YOUR equipment for you. I'm not your employee. What about the older people who absolutely need to speak to someone with no clue to work it? Yeah....me and my family....never the hell again!!!
