customer service is horrible. wait staff is always rude in a hurry and they rush you out 2 hours before close always make us feel like we are inconveniencing them. When you asked me to stop vaping, I respected that and stopped lol. Vaping had nothing to do with your rude service and rushing ppl out...

Honestly very disappointed. I’ve been there for years and was a recent alumni of the college town of Ada. I moved to Michigan and got a new Id. I was celebrating my 24th birthday and got my card refused as a fake even though I was well above the limit and drank there before. They treated my id and me like crap and made me feel like I was breaking the law when I wasn’t. I was treated disrespectfully on my birthday no less and was lucky to even get my legit id back. I just hope they really cool down in the future because honestly they lost a customer today. Just treat people with respect. I would like a response and apology for how I was treated. Please fix you ID system before making such rude comments. Not even upset about the drink. I’m just upset with how I was treated.

We love going here to eat always good food and great service: not tonight. Waitress was in big hurry. Took my drink order then walked away before my husband could order. No silverware or plates; had to go to counter to get them after we got appetizer. Never checked back, never refilled drinks. I ordered the special, chicken chunks with mild sauce. They were so hot I couldn't eat them. Husband ordered fried chicken; it was over-cooked. This is certainly not what we have come to expect!

I had the 101 Big Breakfast. Nice size portions, the bacon was delicious and eggs cooked perfectly. Reasonably priced, too. I’m here for a couple of days and will definitely be back.
