Weighing The Heart
My experience was not what I expected from reading previous reviews. The hostess was rude and impolite. The atmosphere is nice but also the location is in the middle of nowhere and unless you are local it is not worth the drive. The food was ok but nothing special and the server was also short and did little to accommodate us also. We will not return.

Me and my husband stumbled upon this beautiful place the other day and when we approached a nice lady asked if we had reservations and we said we didnt and she said its best to do so because they get pretty busy at this time with homecoming and we said darn ok...And then another lady came and said you know what we can get the two of you. They were the sweetest most beautiful people, very kind and personable... The food omg the steaks and everything were perfection.

Wonderful place to dine . I would highly recommend The Farm hands down best steak in the area and I have never heard of anything that wasn't GREAT beautiful atmosphere very very nice folks Great place for large dining groups or just a couple out for a nice evening
We drove 45. minutes to be told as soon as we walk through the door that they couldn't seat us even though they had room. We got there at 5:15. They closed at six and they said we should've made a reservation. Nowhere on any social media or promotion of this restaurant did it say you need a reservation. I suggest fixing that as there is no where else to eat around your establishment. Very disappointed.

The food was absolutely wonderful as was our server! It's a really nice old home with a warm feeling! The owner was very friendly even though she was working hard! Our first visit, but it won't be our last!

Despite not having a reservation, they were kind enough to seat us on a Saturday evening. We were delighted with the food, from the warm bread to the bread pudding (which is more like creme caramel topped with bread)! Lots of options, including vegetarian. Friendly, efficient service, and beautiful surroundings. And the prices were cheaper than what we've paid at far inferior places.
