We drove 45. minutes to be told as soon as we walk through the door that they couldn't seat us even though they had room. We got there at 5:15. They closed at six and they said we should've made a reservation. Nowhere on any social media or promotion of this restaurant did it say you need a reservation. I suggest fixing that as there is no where else to eat around your establishment. Very disappointed.

Despite not having a reservation, they were kind enough to seat us on a Saturday evening. We were delighted with the food, from the warm bread to the bread pudding (which is more like creme caramel topped with bread)! Lots of options, including vegetarian. Friendly, efficient service, and beautiful surroundings. And the prices were cheaper than what we've paid at far inferior places.

I was on a trip with Travel Therapy/Diamond Tours. The owner and all of the staff were so very nice. The food was very good. We heard the details of how it became a business. Our visit ended with bubbles every where! We had a great time and they made sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay there! From out of state and hostess was not happy we did not make a reservation, but left to see if they would serve us. We asked to be seated outside on deck to enjot the beautiful view, but hostess was snippy and said it wasn't open due to rain 6am this morning. Lol it was after 6pm and not a drop of rain since 6am. It was whatever lady we will sit inside. Then the hostess made sure to mock me by stating to the waitress that we didn't have reservations and drove 30 minutes to get there. Food was delicious, however not impressed with the foam plates for bread and plastic cups. When charging $20 to $30 for a meal I want a glass and proper plates. Waitress was slow, doesn't know sour cream from ranch dressing for daughter in laws salad, never asked if we needed refills on drinks and stopped coming around. We were done with our meal and had to ask another person for our check. I did get pictures off the deck once we left. Not overly impressed is how we left by the service.

The owner needs to sell up and get out. She was rude, defensive, and driving this place into the ground. She is more inclined to excuses than basic customer service. 1. Service was horrible - waitress took a long time. This is the third time service has been exceptionally long before getting served. No mid-meal check. The place wasn’t busy. 2. Food is sub-par, not worth what you pay for anymore. It used to be really good. 3. Owner is only interested in excuses, has no customer service skills, and if you are paying $30 a plate you should get glasses and plates not plastic cups and a styrofoam plate for the bread. Ridiculous business, terrible service, and the owner needs to sell up.

This place knocked me off my feet! The Farm Restaurant and Pub is a lovely family owned business and truly is an experience to be had. The food and service is phenomenal.
Best meal that I’ve had in a long time.
I do recommend making a reservation as it can get quite busy. Do your taste buds a favor and check this hidden gem out.
