Ordered 3 fish sandwiches. After getting home I unwrapped sandwiches for dinner and the fish was so hard & burnt you couldn’t eat them

Parking lot could use some love but still not terrible staff are friendly and respectful and I have never had an issue with my food that wasn't during a rush and even then it was immediately replaced with no headache

Dark lot, employees outside talking, spent $55 ,.made to wait 15 minutes for the food which then was all stuffed into one bag, threw the cold milk into the kids meals bags with the hot food, kidding that was cold too, like the rest of the food given, why was I pulled because the food was definitely old and disgusting, why do we tolerate this type of laziness with employees? I would like to be contacted for some renumeration for this experience.

I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience at a fast food place. There was two cars that were getting food and it took 25 minutes to get two beef and cheddars and two large fries. Then they gave me the wrong bag and I went through it all thinking it was mine, touching everything inside. So then they grab the right bag and give it to me and I see them handing the other car the same bag that I just dug through! Mind you I haven’t washed my hands in multiple hours and just got off of work… all the food I touched was contaminated and should have been remade. Absolutely disgusting! Plus let’s not forget to mention that the workers are doing drug deals in the parking lot and look high as hell (on the bad stuff) when taking orders. This place is a Zoo, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!?

Every time we come here and go through the drive thru everyone is very polite and nice and the food is hot and delicious. It's definitely gotten better than it used to be at this location. So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don't care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. If not we'll stop going again. It's one of our favorite things they serve at Arbys.
