I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience at a fast food place. There was two cars that were getting food and it took 25 minutes to get two beef and cheddars and two large fries. Then they gave me the wrong bag and I went through it all thinking it was mine, touching everything inside. So then they grab the right bag and give it to me and I see them handing the other car the same bag that I just dug through! Mind you I haven’t washed my hands in multiple hours and just got off of work… all the food I touched was contaminated and should have been remade. Absolutely disgusting! Plus let’s not forget to mention that the workers are doing drug deals in the parking lot and look high as hell (on the bad stuff) when taking orders. This place is a Zoo, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!?

Every time we come here and go through the drive thru everyone is very polite and nice and the food is hot and delicious. It's definitely gotten better than it used to be at this location. So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don't care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. If not we'll stop going again. It's one of our favorite things they serve at Arbys.

Well we went through the drive through and ordered it wasn't busy took forever to get our order and got home and it was completely the wrong order..I tried calling and no answer so I drove back and they said I had the right order..sooo disappointed
Took my folks out for lunch and had a great time. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Clean environment. A+

Absolutely love this Arby’s. I will never go to a different one. The staff are amazing. Absolutely love lena and her team! They’re awesome! As long as they’re still here, I will be too as a customer.

A lot of the fast food around Amelia is terrible. Slow, bad service and horrible food. Not here. I have never had any issues at this location. My food is always steaming hot and fresh and the employees are always nice. Thank you for being the one stand out place around here.
