I order thanks giving dinner out normal from Cracker Barrel this year decided to give bob evans a try I pay $137 for 4 meals which I feel was higher then should be then I get it home to find out I have to cook the food . Cracker Barrel’s I picked up and could eat. Not bob evans and this wasn’t not explained to me I am 83 years old and feel I was taken advantage of I don’t have a stove so my thanksgiving dinner is ruined because your employers didn’t do there jobs . Happy holidays!

Breakfast for lunch. They serve an excellent breakfast all day and it some days, it hits the spot. Service was excellent.
DO NO ORDER FOR PICKUP FROM THIS LOCATION. No heater and they just let the food sit and get nasty without letting anyone know when it’s ready. When I let them know what happened they said “they start making the food 20 minutes before pickup time” why do you make the food so early???? It was SO NASTY and inedible. I live 4 minutes from the restaurant, was there exactly at the time I was quoted and went straight home with my food. This is unacceptable and definitely not normal from a bob evans. Worst experience at a bob Evans I’ve ever had

We were seated in just a few min, we were there waiting for food for the 6 of us for 93 min littleraly. When it did come 2 meals came just under an hour 10 min later 3 more came 10 min later the last one came. The sausage was cooked was still pink. Eggs weren't cooked as ordered on another. Hamburger and fries served on a plate of grease. Most of the food was wrong,cooked wrong, or some of it not cooked enough. There were 16 total customers seated us included. So not very busy.
