Ordered pick up. Food isn't terrible but the service I received picking up the order was absolutely terrible. 4 different people saw me at the counter, not one made an attempt to help me until I said something. Got home and found it there was no banana bread or tartar sauce which was part of the order!! I paid 37 bucks for my food. Good customer service is absolutely #1 if the business wants to stay open. Train your wait staff to take pride in what they do and who they serve. A little bit of common courtesy goes a long way!

Went in for lunch around 1pm and even tho most places know that ppl r in a rush during the lunch time, it took half an hour to get a burger. I asked about the delay and they said they had ran out of beef and chix and had been waiting for the delivery truck. They could have told me that so I wouldn’t have wasted my money and time but didn’t care 2 do so. The burger was not that great.

First time I have left a restaurant without eating.
Sweet tea was technically sweetened, but only barely. Definitely not normal Bob Evans sweet tea. Waitress suggested we add sugar packets instead of checking on it.
When our food came out, pot roast, mashed potatoes, and carrots were cold. Dinner rolls were doughy. My son's order came out wrong the first time. Second time pancakes were undercooked and missing whipped cream.
Last straw was my plate was dirty. Something red that clearly did not belong with pot roast and the underside of the rim had something on it.
We spoke briefly with the manager, who blew off, stating it was her last day.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated the waitress comes up finally and says do you need to.be seated? Our food took forever in.an almost dead restaurant and my sunshine Skillet was burnt and I mean Black, (potatoes and Sausage )

I got the Farmers choice breakfast, a great staple that’s one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the hash browns were pretty bland and mushy. The French toast was good enough but nothing to rave about. Eggs tasted like something out of a carton, but even if I’m wrong, where’s the seasoning? Also, not a fan of Pepsi, but the fact they switched from Coke makes me sad.

Service was adequate and they work with what they have. I’m sure they’re understaffed as hell.

We ordered dinner online, waited over an hour at pickup for it after the time it was supposed to be finished. We were told we were not at the right location showed and proved what time it was supposed to be done by and the location on the receipt which then warranted the comment that pickup times are only an estimation. We asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund and we were then told no we can't do that because it's online order even though we are just asking for a cancellation of the order while standing there. Because of this we were forced to continue to wait for our food to be done which a few minutes later we were informed that they were out of several items that we had ordered an hour and a half earlier. Again we were told no refund The food was very cold and the whole order was still not there when we left. Still waiting on getting a refund from corporate based on this horrific experience at one of the worst restaurants I've ever set foot in.

What makes all this worse is that we found hair in the food. I hope that the health department goes in and looks at their food because I'm pretty sure that they would get a c or a d.

My pickup order was lost! I had already waited 45+ mins after ordering, and I couldn't wait to place another. I was told the order would be voided, but my bank still shows that I paid them! Normally, this place is okay, but this was not okay...

This review is a few years old... It was an awful experience, but after a week or so I did get my money back.

Absolute worst staff on the weekend it is Saturday and they treat people absolutely horribly they blame it on being short-staffed but that's no reason to treat people badly
