Walking in for a doordash order i told the cashier “im here for a DoorDash-“ only to be cut off and told i have to wait. been here 20 minutes and have been told i will just have to wait again. Rude cashier, slow staff, saw someone else bring back their food. i have been able to stand here and write this entire review without them beginning to make the order.

Had to wait at the screen 5min to order they are always out of the vanilla coffee 830 am the worst ham and egg I ever had hash browns cold and old.. I will make it my mission to let everyone I know how bad this restaurant is terrible. .

Waited 30 minutes between the 1 car line and then for them to prepare my food. Glad guy at the drive thru was rude, horrendous location.
What an absolute sad excuse for a restaraunt. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mintues for a chicken wrap, some cheese bites and fries. Employees wandering around aimlessly, no sense of urgency. The chicken wrap is baby small, the pickle fries are cold, soggy and gross and so are the cheese bites. This place is downright disgusting. How is this place still open. Shut this place down. Never again.

OK few days ago we went to burger king after a year of not going cause Eastgate ohio one so we go to amila ohio to eat and dam if it wasn't a good time After waiting 27 mins around the store waiting on fresh food but nothing was fresh so I did the survey and didn't think people would see my answers I never done it but thank you Hanan and Madison got my money back just cause one worker pisses you off don't mean they all like that she was very respectful ask me what made me feel that way after I told her she know the one girl f up and she said she handle it I told her I come on give a review on Hanan she was every every also alsome

Family of 5 and not one of hour orders was correct manager was talking on her cell phone as she handed us a bag for getting most of our order when inside to get the remaining order items and got a super dirty look when I told her we was missing 4 sandwiches and all our fries Burger King this location lost a loyal family and long time customers
