I have been a critic in the past.. but I have to say tonight’s meal (09/20/2025) was not only picture perfect! Meaning each burger looked as the picture. Everything was made perfectly with the special additions (onion and pickle on the chic sammy, mayo on the cheeseburger) but the fella that brought out our order, young kid, was very courteous, and took an extra couple seconds out of his busy day to chat it up with my kiddos in the back seat. Fella I didn’t catch your name but you’re doing good! Keep it up.

Just got back home with my order. The honey mustard sauce wasn't in the order at all. 2 of the chicken sandwiched were supposed to have bacon and tomato. One of the wrappers had bacon marked one it. But no bacon and no tomato on any of the chicken sandwiches. And this was after he had trouble finding my order. It's a 20 min drive back that I will not be making. So I now know to break the seal and check the food in the parking lot. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. Thanks for screwing me out of $1.50. And thanks for making tonight's dinner a disappointment tonight. I dont lose my crap over mistakes as long as they are fixed. No answer meant no refund for the bacon and tomato I was charged for but didn't receive. Smfh.

The wait is usually 30 mins or more. No exaggeration, I have never gone through the drive thru and an order has been completely right. Wrong drink, missing items, swapped items, everything on the whopper when I asked for cheese only, etc.

Walking in for a doordash order i told the cashier “im here for a DoorDash-“ only to be cut off and told i have to wait. been here 20 minutes and have been told i will just have to wait again. Rude cashier, slow staff, saw someone else bring back their food. i have been able to stand here and write this entire review without them beginning to make the order.

Had to wait at the screen 5min to order they are always out of the vanilla coffee 830 am the worst ham and egg I ever had hash browns cold and old.. I will make it my mission to let everyone I know how bad this restaurant is terrible. .

What an absolute sad excuse for a restaraunt. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mintues for a chicken wrap, some cheese bites and fries. Employees wandering around aimlessly, no sense of urgency. The chicken wrap is baby small, the pickle fries are cold, soggy and gross and so are the cheese bites. This place is downright disgusting. How is this place still open. Shut this place down. Never again.
