This place has turned around. My past three times of eating there our food has been wonderful. Bowls were filled and tasted good. Well Done!!

This is a horrible Chipolte location. I’d give it a negative rating if I could. It’s right next to my house and I rarely go here bc it’s always a bad experience and never for the same reasons. I drive the 15 minutes to the next closest one in Anderson bc the service here is slow, horrible, never has all the food ingredients available, and our orders have never been correct in the 8+ times we’ve been here over the past 4 years. My husband waited over 35 minutes tonight for our pick up order and there was nobody in line in the store. -10/10

I try not to write negative reviews for places- especially fast food, as I usually stop for convenience and not service. However, the experience I just had at this chipotle was unacceptable. I walk in to the store and there is only 1 other customer inside, both of us waiting for a mobile order. There are 3 workers and none of them even look up to acknowledge us. They all have headphones in and it takes several minutes for one of them to finally ask the name on the order. Then, as they are finishing up my order, one of the young girls working starts complaining and talking bad about customers very loudly. At one point I hear her say “I swear I’m just not going to make these orders anymore.” Very unprofessional and rude. As I take my food, I tell the workers thank you and to have a good night. I get a rude glare from all of them and one just looks at me and goes “thanks.” I understand most of these kids are doing this as a part time job to make some money but they need to be held accountable for unacceptable customer service. The only good part of this visit was that food looks fresh and smells delicious.

Ordered queso they hardly gave any chips with it then proceed to come home and eat found a hair in it. Disgusting tried to call up there no one is answering takes you to an automated message🤢 never will I go back

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The dining area was noticeably unclean, with multiple tables in disarray. Additionally, the service was unprofessional and discourteous, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. The quality of the food was also substandard. I strongly advise against dining at this location, as it does not meet acceptable standards for cleanliness or customer service. Consider other dining options to ensure a more satisfactory experience.

Me and my boyfriend eat at this chipotle regularly but not anymore. Already experienced issues of not friendly staff and half filled bowls. But after today we will not be back as my boyfriend pulled a literal SPIDER out of his food.

Iate atChipotle with my daughter at Pierce point yesterday and the service was horrible, no smile no talking, and then just a frown on her face, and then the girl put way too much sour cream on my burrito like enough for 10 burritos , and then to top it all off the food was so horrible I ended up getting sick 3 times after eating
This place looks like they haven't mopped the floor for weeks. Not days, weeks. Why are all the Chipotles so dirty?

They could not complete order.they do not call to tell me there out of cheese they wait until I arrive 30 minutes later. They can not offer a refund in store store so I have to waste more time calling for a refund.
They are very rude night and day difference between Amelia employees and the employees at cherry grove.

I was shocked and appalled to see this amount of bad customer service, hygiene, and ethics. As we walk in I was met with a dirty look by female worker. When my friend asked for her meal the worker completely disregarded her and asked what I wanted. When the worker finally started on my friends meal, she left it for a second and completely forgot about it. Waiting to pay I saw a female pink-haired worker making an online order, I am assuming a mistake happened where she mixed up the protein between a bowl and burrito. Instead of restarting she took her ungloved, bare hand, and proceeded to scoop the portion out of the bowl, put it in a cup, and switch the meats from the bowl to the burrito. Ew . When we were asked to pay we still weren’t given our bag of chips nor our dressing, when we politely reminded them of this the worker shot us a nasty glare and said, “I know” in a extremely rude and obnoxious tone. In one of our kids meals the guard that blocks the sides from the lid was placed on the complete opposite side causing queso to leak all over our car. Walking around I saw trash, old food and dirt everywhere. I am very unhappy with this entire experience. Do better chipotle.
