I get not using the pickup shelves because theft but then you have to pay attention to the growing line of people waiting for their food that's behind the counter. Instead of the cashier standing there with his hands under his apron wait for the next customer to come through, or two of the three people visibly standing in the kitchen doing nothing, you need to see why there's a line growing next to the register. I also cannot accept the dash when it's a chipotle app order that I'm using points for. It's not fair that the little girl on the table and the big dude in the kitchen are doing seemingly everything. Do better.

Order a bowl and side of chips with queso. Food seemed fine till the 4th or 5th chip I grabbed appeared to have a mouse dropping on it. Inspected the bag of chips and some appear to have clear evidence of a mouse feeding off a couple chips in the middle. Absolutely disgusted. No I do not have a picture as i immediately dumped all the food back into the bag and in the trash then washed my hands thoroughly. I assume chips are made in large batches and this is where my chips were grabbed from as the bag had no holes or damage to the bottom. Beware of you order chips from their today 01/14/26.

These people treat your food like it comes out their paycheck. Avoid this place at all costs. I live nearby and have visited multiple times. It's a disappointing failure every time. Constantly out of things. Places a disgusting mess mixed foods all the time. Not a person in here over 16 years old. Should tear it down.

I work in the city and go to the Chipotle by the hospital's. Busy 24/7 and its rare they run out of items. Amelia Chipotle is close to home and not as busy. How are you out of toppings constantly? Tonight they were out of everything but rice and meat with a line to the door. Either the manager doesn't know how to stock the restaurant or employees running off costumers to make clean-up easier.

This is a horrible Chipolte location. I’d give it a negative rating if I could. It’s right next to my house and I rarely go here bc it’s always a bad experience and never for the same reasons. I drive the 15 minutes to the next closest one in Anderson bc the service here is slow, horrible, never has all the food ingredients available, and our orders have never been correct in the 8+ times we’ve been here over the past 4 years. My husband waited over 35 minutes tonight for our pick up order and there was nobody in line in the store. -10/10

I try not to write negative reviews for places- especially fast food, as I usually stop for convenience and not service. However, the experience I just had at this chipotle was unacceptable. I walk in to the store and there is only 1 other customer inside, both of us waiting for a mobile order. There are 3 workers and none of them even look up to acknowledge us. They all have headphones in and it takes several minutes for one of them to finally ask the name on the order. Then, as they are finishing up my order, one of the young girls working starts complaining and talking bad about customers very loudly. At one point I hear her say “I swear I’m just not going to make these orders anymore.” Very unprofessional and rude. As I take my food, I tell the workers thank you and to have a good night. I get a rude glare from all of them and one just looks at me and goes “thanks.” I understand most of these kids are doing this as a part time job to make some money but they need to be held accountable for unacceptable customer service. The only good part of this visit was that food looks fresh and smells delicious.
