My family absolutely loves the Amelia location. Every worker there is so respectful, especially Nick Deklin are the most down to earth people. Love this place..

First time visitor to CityBird and came away very impressed. Excellent tenders, fries and sauces. Food was fresh, hot and nicely presented. Nick at the Amelia location was a great and friendly host. Gave us helpful suggestions on the menu choices and provided a very welcoming atmosphere. Will be going back!

This place is a quiet gem. It's such a different feel and taste from the awful fast food around it. Please give them a try if you haven't yet. Best salad I've ever had at a joint like this. Such a perfect flavor blend. And the fries? And the chicken tenders? Man. Good food.

Nick and his crew were amazing! They were so welcoming, accommodating, and patient with my 6 year old ordering. The food is always fresh and the dining area was organized and spotless.

Our family really likes CityBird, but we love this franchise location specifically. Food is always fresh, hot, and reasonably priced (considering the current cost of fast food). What sets this location apart from the others is the cleanliness and staff. No sticky floors or dirty tables, even the bathroom is clean! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful if you have questions about the menu. Nick assisted us at our most recent visit, last week, and was considerate and polite. Kudos to the manager at this franchise location for hiring well! We dined at the location in Anderson, once, and the experience was so drastically different that we will only patron CityBird at the Amelia location. As an added bonus, this location gives back to the local school district and community.

Delicious chicken tenders, dipping sauces, and fries. The fries are seasoned well and the coating on the tenders is thin and crunchy. I wish they had a restaurant closer to my home.

This was my initial visit to the establishment. I opted for a sandwich combo, which featured a sandwich that was quite flavorful, although it was excessively oily. I am uncertain if there is an option to request minimal or no oil, but the oil content was almost overwhelming, to the point where I considered not consuming it. Conversely, the fries were exceptional and cooked to perfection. I would recommend requesting a lighter application of oil for those who prefer a less greasy sandwich. I also ordered a salad with chicken salad topping, which unfortunately was overly salty. I would not recommend this option, as the saltiness was overwhelming, even when mixed with the salad. The chicken tenders, on the other hand, were far superior.
