Idk how this place has 4.1 stars, every other reveiw is disappointment! It's always dead when I drive by; & No wonder!! This is my 2nd time there & 2nd time they came up short, I'm done won't spend another $1 there! It's sad cause if this place actually did it right and put forth a little effort it be a booming business & people wouldn't feel like it's so expensive cause USUALLY u get what u pay for, NOT HERE! Ordered pick up an hour before closing. At first was only givin 1/2 my order had to go back in & ask for the rest, OK no big deal; mistakes happen! Get home and ready to enjoy the chili top baked potato only to find it's stuffed with little to nothing else but bacon bits, like 3 handful of bacon bits!?!? Couple piece of shred cheese here n there, 2 or 3 grn onions & next to nothing sour cream!! That's not even a mistake, I'm sorry but that was deliberately done for who knows why!! Customer service is out the window anymore, I swear! & This place might be ok if they employees that cared possibly. Dont do to others that you wouldnt want Done to urself, it's simple really! & For the prices they charge you'd expect to be done right & taken care of!! Smh

The two gentleman working tonight were very nice, helpful, and polite. The food was fantastic, and the ribs were delicious. Honestly the best ribs I've had. I highly recommend this place for good service, good food, and good atmosphere. My husband and I can't say enough good things. 10/10 will definitely come again.

The Amelia store has been catering our corporate training events for the past few weeks. The brisket, chicken and sides have been amazing! The service is on time and professional. I highly recommend them for your next event.

I brought my family for my sons 25th birthday. We drive almost 2 hours to get here but I tell you even with a screaming 1 year old in the car it's well worth it. Best meats and sides any where hands down.

Just a heads up, they will NOT REFUND you if you place an order online and they run out. They called and asked if I wanted to substitute for something else, I said no, just take the item off. The person I spoke with said okay, when my husband got to the restaurant to pickup the order they told them they cannot issue a refund for online orders and provided us with the phone number to the store so we could call back which makes no sense, he was already at the store, what is calling back going to do? We've been bounced between the corporate call center and their support people, nobody can or is willing to issue the refund for a product we did not even get. AVOID THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

We went later in the evening so there were no other customers dining in. It was our first experience with Dickey's. We all had pulled pork. It was cooked perfectly, very tender and moist.
The restuaunt was clean. Everyone was friendly and the service was great.
