We ordered Big Dons with Italian dressing on the side so they wouldn't be a soggy mess by the time I got home. The order was repeated back correctly (dressing on the side) and instructions weren't followed. Plan was to save 1/2 of one of them for tomorrow but it will a soggier mess by then. Check your carryout before you leave!

While waiting for my food (45 minutes) for pizza hoagie and bread sticks I only received hoagie and bread sticks and then had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my pizza to be ready because they never made it from the beginning. Manager and employees deny any wrong doing and just nasty language and responses for the explanation of no wrong doing ..

The service was great. If you like thin crust pizza that was great. The place was so clean it looked brand new. The Calzoto is something I won't be getting again. The filling section was good but the outer edge was burned.

I ordered a custom pizza with half pepperoni and half margarita. They have different sauces on them and I thought it was awesome that someone from the restaurant called to make sure I knew that those sauces might bleed into each other when they go through the oven. Clearly that's not something that they can control but they just wanted to make sure I was aware because they're two different flavors. The fact that they went out of their way to let me know meant a lot. Some places won't even let you customize a pizza with two different sauces on each half because of this. I used to work at a pizza place so I knew what I was getting into when I ordered it. And I'm glad they allowed me to have it the way I wanted it. It was absolutely amazing! That thin crust is so refreshing. It's kind of dangerous because you don't fill up and feel miserable as you're eating it like you do with most thicker crusts. You can eat a lot more of their pizza because of how light it feels. But gosh it's good! Actually I'm kind of craving it now that I'm talking about it. Haha.

Ordered two pizzas online at 4:30pm, pick up time was for 5:45. Pulled through the drive thru at 5:55 was told five mins after waiting at the window for 5 more. Walked in and waited 45 more mins and still nothing told 5 more mins several times. Turns out they never made our food after 50 mins when I got a little more aggressive with them. Offered to re make them but 45 more mins. Ended up getting a refund. Couldn’t give a receipt for it so hopefully I get it…..

Food was good & young lady at drive thru was very friendly! Only complaint was one of the pizzas was cut in triangles but that's just me! I like the little slices personally!

Worst service possible. We got delivery & they forgot an entire pizza. (We ordered 3). We specifically said "no banana peppers", they Loaded it with banana peppers. Then our cheese bread was so burnt I could've cried (I'm not a fan of super crispy.) We called to get it fixed or even a coupon off or anything considering we paid n didn't receive one, plus the other issues. They were completely rude and did absolutely nothing to fix anything.
It's terrible service for such great food unfortunately. Will not be ordering again.

Don't order unless you want to wait over an hour on a pick up. Everytime I order this I remember why it's been a really long time since I ordered from here.
