Employee that was making the hot food being rude after asking for a extra item that was not ordered even after stating I would pay for it but they stayed upset along with upsetting some of their team members making one of them walk away off the floor

So on Tuesday december 16th there was a tall skinny kid that has short hair and a short kid with brown hair and they were playing very loud music while multiple guest were inside the building and ur is super unprofessional and not okay I have been a manger at another Dunkin for a couple years now and it is not okay for employees to do that while guest are inside the building and the management here needs to have a talk with to specific boys here very unprofessional period do better management

Every single time I order from here I get a drink that looks like this, and when I ask them about it they just say they have a machine that pre-portions everything. In what would would an employee put the cap on this and think it’s acceptable to give to a customer??? Even if it is pre-portioned, it’s half full! Put in another “pre-portioned amount to fill up the size I paid for. Inexcusable.

I ordered my order on line it was $14 worth of items. I get there line was long went in they couldn’t find my order. I showed them my phone and the response was well I don’t see it here. I left without without my order and now out the money

Waited 20 minutes for food. They had called a sausage egg and cheese to go 15 min earlier but ours was a sausage and cheese for eat in.
Ends up they got both wrong and we waited for nothing. They remade the sandwich and still put it in a to go bag but never gave us the 4 donuts, the orange juice or the hot chocolate.
Had to wait through the line again and was told sorry and given a bag with three donuts the orange juice and a hot chocolate made with WATER. Yes water…
So I threw away the hot chicane and waited in line again to get a cup to share the orange juice with my daughter and get the 4th donut only to be told they sold out of it and given a substitution.
My 3 year old then had a meld down after waiting 25 minutes and getting the wrong donut.
Gave a 2 star because they do have nice chairs to sit in while you wait for your food.

Bought a box of joe(coffee) no stirrers sugar packets hard as rocks with dried coffee stains on packs called ahead order to be sure all was there and good what a joke

Went through the drive thru and ordered a frozen coffee. Coffee wasn’t blended hardly at all!! Disappointed!! Hate chewing on ice chunks, that’s why I order frozen! Order from Dunkin’ often. This is a first!!

If there was a zero star option I would do that.I am super big on my coffee, and I don't come here because the coffee is never hot enough, so I asked the person that to drive through at the coffee is hot and if there's any way to make sure that it's hot enough because I like my coffee hot, and she proceeds to tell me that there is no other way that she can get it any hotter, but it's not going to be hot like that and just brushed off anything else I said, and was very impersonal about the entire situation. This will be the last time I ever shop at Dunkin'
