Went through the drive thru and ordered a frozen coffee. Coffee wasn’t blended hardly at all!! Disappointed!! Hate chewing on ice chunks, that’s why I order frozen! Order from Dunkin’ often. This is a first!!

If there was a zero star option I would do that.I am super big on my coffee, and I don't come here because the coffee is never hot enough, so I asked the person that to drive through at the coffee is hot and if there's any way to make sure that it's hot enough because I like my coffee hot, and she proceeds to tell me that there is no other way that she can get it any hotter, but it's not going to be hot like that and just brushed off anything else I said, and was very impersonal about the entire situation. This will be the last time I ever shop at Dunkin'

Received a weird bagel with an odd dusty matte texture and strong chemical taste/smell. Tried a few bites and it just felt wrong to finish.
Great coffee amazing doughnuts. Huge open view with recently added second drive through.

The staff here is beyond amazing! I Go to this location on a daily basis. They Treat people with respect and make you feel welcomed. They know my voice on the speaker box and if I go in my order is already in the computer by the time I walk up, they treat my dog like she is a customer & Give me a hard time if I don’t get her her daily pup cup😂 I would recommend this location over any of the other local ones!!

Placed a mobile order on 1/2/25. One of the three items was an iced coffee. The order wasn’t ready and was asked to pull forward to a parking spot. Waited 15 minutes. Finally went inside to discover they had forgotten about me. Not sure how that’s possible when only one vehicle came through the drive through while I was waiting. As per usual, the drink they made was disgusting. I give up on this location until something changes. The food and drinks are ALWAYS nasty. I’m not sure why this location is so terrible compared to any other location.
