Did a carry out order. They put the order in wrong. They remade the food and it was still wrong. Waited 40 minutes to get the wrong sandwiches. Lady who made the sandwiches was extremely rude as well.

Employees are extremely rude every time to anyone that comes in. All the other reviews say the same thing so why you guys keep them hired is beyond me. My drink is wrong every time I would ever come here too. I love every dunkin but this one

This place has lost me. I am not coming back. Every time I come I get the same thing, Large Iced Latte without flavoring added. One day its super good, the very next day it's sock water. Next day is really good, day after it's back to sock water again. There is 0 consistency. The hashbrowns have the potential to be delicious but are always soggy and greasy. In the drive thru, sitting there ordering, there is always someone out back chain smoking and all the smoke wafts into your car and chokes you like a cloud of death. The cups are always messy and sticky and gets all over the car, they forget straws all the time. It's just a mess. Go figure with something owned by Gilligan Oil Co. I hate this place. Goodbye Dunkin' and Hello Biggby!

HORRIBLE!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Drinks and service. There are instruction’s on how to make these drinks! You put a certain number of pumps, & milk, etc.. OR! Poor the coffee add cream and sugar. How can you mess this up is beyond me. 80% of the time they get it wrong and it’s their mixture. They are also very unpleasant people working there.

Can’t go there half the time the manager worries more about her drive thru times than the customers you notice in the picture there’s nobody at the window but yet the line yes wrapped around the building she keeps people sitting where they order until the car at the window pulls away

Doughnuts weren't fresh at all. They only had custard and chocolate covered doughnuts at 11am.
We just got off of work and decided we wanted some coffee. Got up to the speaker. Whoever was on the speaker was rude and disgusting it was an older lady with glasses. We were the only people in the Drive-Thru and she made us go wait for a bagel because she didn't want her timer to go up. So unprofessional I have worked the restaurant industry for 19 years. That has got to be some of the nastiest and rudest people you have. If I could I would give you a zero but I can't

Always I have a pleasure coming in never have any problems until today I was there this morning and had a very rude employee ring up my food and later on when I get to eat it realized it was wrong. I called and was told that I could come in and get a refund and when I did I of course had the same employee help me and of course she continued to to be rude. Her name is Briana Graber

This is my daughter's fav spot. She is here daily, I only stop in with her. The food has always been excellent. But the service can be pretty rough sometimes. We have had several occasions where the person helping us was borderline rude. Usually it's when they're busy and I'm sure it's mostly due to them being tired and frustrated. What is being nicest part of your job then I feel like even if you're in a bad mood, do you learn how to fake it..... Imo...

So I love dunkin normally but this one is different… I usually stop here just bc it’s on the way to my job but how are you gonna have a rude manager who just sounds like she’s yelling at everyone (blonde older bigger lady) and you’re gonna charge extra for cold foam and not even put it on the drink? We got pulled to the front and someone went inside to get their drink bc it was taking too long and came out complaining ab how rude they were being. I’m pretty sure this place is new… get better employees and management or this location will fail.
