They cant manage to make bagels right. I ignore it all as i wrk in service and it sucks. But when you cant break a 50 because you or your manager is too lazy to get change theres an issue. You dont go out of your way to not make a sale. Maybe this dunkin is too good for high sales? Maybe they hve enough they can be lazy idk. I doubt the owners feel the same. Dont let a service wrker lie n say they cant break something they can theyre just being lazy.

i said maybe it was expired? “it’s separating because of the heat” no.. i just got the same thing yesterday. then i hear a girl in the back mocking me because i said maybe it’s expired or just bad? again said i wasn’t sure it just didn’t taste right. made it twice and was still disgusting and sour foul tasting. pleaseee go to eastgate dunkin such better people!!!

This is my main location, but I’m about to stop going. Not only are the later shift employees rude 90% of the time, they also can’t make coffees worth anything. They’re NEVER fully stirred, and no where near the amount of creamer I request. This isn’t even my main issue though, it’s THE LIDS. The lids are the reason I’m about to stop coming here. The lid will be all the way on, but there is constantly, CONSTANTLY, coffee coming out of the sides. Every bump, or turn, coffee is all over my car. I’ve had to buy packs of wipes to constantly clean up the mess. I haven’t had this issue until about 2 months ago, and I haven’t had this issue anywhere else. Specifically only this location. Perhaps I switch to Eastgate.

Usually a pretty decent location but can I recommend you guys slow things down a little in the drive thru and not rush so frantically? Ordered a large caramel iced coffee, sausage egg and cheese bagel, and hashbrowns. I realized the order screen didn't say "caramel" so I asked at the window if they got it down as a caramel iced coffee. I was reassured that they did. Was handed a plain iced coffee with 10 cream. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until I got home. My bagel was rock hard and my hash browns were literally cold to the touch. Please take a breath and not rush the drive thru. Quality > quantity

The food is fine and the people are all right, but I have been here several times when their card payment system has been done, including the last two times I have visited. They need to replace the system. Worse, if you get in the drive though and they are only accepting cash, you’re going to wind up spending five or ten minutes in their line before being told that and another two or three before you can leave and go someplace else. Either make sure you have cash before you go here or try someplace else.

OK so they are extremely rude including the manager. They have literally talked behind my back and they are just the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to literally when I got my drink they told me that that’s how it’s supposed to be made and they made it four times and they couldn’t get it right so I went over to Eastgate and Eastgate made it once and got it right these pictures is the difference between the colors and one has no ice is super dark and gross and water down and the other one is full of ice nice and light taste great but yet this is how the drink is supposed to be made, they said, and the manager just talks about her customers behind their back and it’s so rude and so wrong, when I Talk to the managers at first corporate was there and she was so awesome and nice and acted like oh my gosh nothing was wrong and then corporate gone and now she talks about me to her employees. She’s two-faced.. they cannot make coffee and then Gets really rude when you ask for it to be remade, they tell you you’re a liar, and they’ll say that you do it every day and I definitely have not done this every day. This is very unacceptable..

Dunkin has been one of my top pregnancy cravings for the past few months. I order from here about 2-3 times a week and 1/3 times I never get all my food, tonight me and my boyfriend went to get something to eat and the lady there was so disrespectful towards my boyfriend. All the hashbrowns were dumped in the bottom of the bag with 2 bags just thrown on top of them which had clearly been stepped on by someone. I asked them to make my wake-up-wrap with white cheese and she claimed they came premade and could not put my cheese on there even tho I get it almost every morning. So instead of making it right she made them the way she wanted then threw 1 piece of white cheese in my bag on top of everything. My bagel has a pea sized scoop of cream cheese, and the hashbrowns at the bottom of the bag are ice cold. Very disappointed in the service we received, If making people’s food the way they ask is so hard maybe you shouldn’t work in a restaurant. We pay money for the food we get, there should be no reason that.
