I really do enjoy Freddy's, but they left out 2 orders of fries. The food is good, but missing the fries ruined dinner for us

Absolutely terrible!!! When ordering my daughter who is vegetarian asked for a veggie burger which is on the menu was told they don’t have them. So she got a grill cheese. My husband asked for a lettuce wrap and we were told no. Then getting drinks both teas were unsweet and they were out of lemonade. We brought it to their attention and nothing was done. Once we got our food the fries were cold and the grill cheese my daughter was given was two burger buns burnt with cheese in the middle and don’t get me started on how dirty the restaurant was. Super upsetting this place was amazing in the past.

I’ve been going to Freddy’s for a long time and always loved it, but my last visit was awful. Since the management changed, things have gone downhill.
There was a lady with long black hair (I think her name is Kim), and she seemed like the GM. She was super rude, kept cussing, and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
The food took forever, when it finally came the bacon steakburger was undercooked. The workers looked miserable, and it showed how things were run.
The dining room was also a mess the tables weren’t cleaned, the floor wasn’t swept, and it felt dirty overall.
I won’t be coming back until something changes, especially with management. Freddy’s used to be great, but not anymore.

Was in there earlier today and Food was messy and the women working in the back with Long black hair with no hat and a collared shirt was being very loudly rude about people in her drive through she was cussing and very inappropriate im very disappointed in the change I have seen in this store in the past few months not sure what has happened but its not good I will not be back

Purchased a double cheeseburger and a crispy chicken sandwich. Plus 2 large fries at the drive through . The sandwiches were good but neither of us could eat the fries. I am a salt user but these were so salty neither of us could eat them. I tried to call the store but no one answered the phone. With the cost of food as it is we just lost $7 on some fries.

Girl w red neck tattoos working the drive thru is always in a bad mood and has handed us the wrong order twice in a row. She takes the food back and then still gives it to the correct customer after it’s been handed to me.

I typically love this location. I always come in at night and the 2 dudes are both chill and food always comes out hot for me. I decided to come in today to get some lunch around 12 and I’m not ever coming back during the day again. I ordered a double stack cheese plain and got mustard onions and pickles on it. There was a clump of long black/brown hair on the edge of my burger… And it was burnt no seasoning what so ever. I had already waited around 10 minutes for my food and got that…. VERY disappointed. I don’t even think my dog would eat that.

Food is always good, however the staff needs to work on keeping the dining room up. Huge spill as soon as we walked in, most tables dirty. We love this place. Just need to work on keeping the dining room cleaned.
