Mostly go through the drive thru. I love there fries. I get Freddie sauce to dip them in. You can put it on their burger too.

Drive thru- order taker was short and rude. Guy at the window appeared to be in training and was nice. Fries were half empty and cold. Burger was overly salted and drenched in mustard. The shake was okay. Price was a bit high, especially for the quality. This was my first impression of Freddy's. I don't foresee a return trip. Overall disappointed.

Worse experience ever, both burgers were in bags instead of boxes, also had pickles on one of them when I told them over three times no pickles or onions, so soggy you couldn't pick them up and all they give me on there web site is a free concrete, made not just me but my son not ever wanting to eat there again and the manager knew something was wrong, because she said oh I thought they were in bags instead of boxes and that's why they were a mess, not funny at all and she could have stopped by not giving them to me in the first place, how dumb 😐!

We were cheerfully greeted as soon as we stepped up to the register. I gave our order to the young gentleman who quickly processed it. I was able to redeem a $10 reward that I have earned from past visits, it doesn't get much better than that! Our number was called quickly, within 5 minutes and we enjoyed our meal immensely. The portion size of the fries was very generous, and the hamburgers were done just right. There's familiar music piping through the music system which added to the atmosphere. The manager even came around to ask how everything was, this makes us the customer feel valued and appreciated. Very happy with this visit.
