Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Been there twice in the last week. Stood at register for 10 mins. No one came. Went around side and spoke to manager ot lesd person that I was out front. He said he was short staffed and I would have to wait. We left Never was like this. So sad.

The inside of the Freddy's in Amelia Ohio is so disgustingly filthy! I couldn't even eat my food! The food wasn't cooked bad, (although I've definitely had better here before). It was very empty when we were there and the workers were just standing around talking. They should have been cleaning! The soda area was gross, no straws, forks or napkins were out. All sauces and ketchup were also empty. The tables were all dirty and so was the floors and walls and seats. I used to love coming here, but won't be back! Do better Freddy's!

The food was great, but our Sandwiches were just thrown together we had to reassmeble our food, lol. the kid running the window was nice, the place looked great. So all and all it was ok.

Why does every Freddy's have rude people in the drive through? I get the job might suck, but taking your anger out on random people just makes things worse. I dont even need amazing service, just treat like a human please.

Fries were cold. The order took longer to prepare than it should have. Nice staff but I wasn't impressed with much more than that

Served us raw burgers. All four meals had raw meat and not only did the manager refused to re impulse us for the meals, corperate would only offer half the cost.

This place has really gone down hill . Service is slow and the food quality has been awful. I know Freddies corp just got bought out buy someone, hopefully they can turn things around.

I went through the drive thru. There was a group of young men maybe 3 or 4 in the back of the restaurant gathering. When I went to the drive thru window it had fingerprints all over like it had never been cleaned. Even the window to the left that doesn’t open. You probably can’t tell by the picture I attached. The young men could’ve been on a break but someone should’ve been cleaning the window. Our custard was good and the lady who waited on me was very pleasant.

A pathetic joke! Smashed bun in bottom of bag in a folded bag with no protection. Place was dirty inside, also.

Did not get bacon on a crispy chicken club, called about it and was talked down to by a male employee and hung up on by the manager that is on today 8/24/25 @1:30pm. Addison was on the receipt. The Amelia location had messed up our order more times than not won’t be going back at this point. Food is too expensive to not get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrible service! How does it take 20minutes to get pre made custard!? 4 oreos cookies and a half and half pint!? Absolutely ridiculous! Only 1 other person in line and still waited at window for 10 mintes
