We Purchased a gift card on 12/11/25 At 3:13 in the afternoon… we took our family prior to my granddaughter’s Christmas concert. When we went to check out, there was 11 of us when we went to check out we tried to use the gift card that we had purchased Two hours earlier. We were told it was empty. There was nothing on it. We continued to explain that we had purchased it at that facility two hours earlier. The manager called the GM who we were told is the one that was working when we purchased it and was told if we do not have a receipt, there is nothing they could do. Very poor communication and very horrible customer service. We did find the receipt and we will be taking it back up tomorrow to get a refund!

Why is Goldstar so Stingy with their chili? It doesn’t come out of your paycheck. I paid $10 for a REGULAR 3-way just for it to be half full??? Cmon

Nightmare- they brought our food and then never came back for refills, never dropped our check off and never asked if we needed a box- the kicker for this was we were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant and there were 6+ people all standing in the kitchen talking

We usually go through the drive thru but always like this location. The food is always great and done correctly. The food always comes out quickly. The people through drive thru are always super nice.

Everything was exactly how I ordered it and the service and food was amazing!!!!
I hate complaining, it is a waste of time most times. I just went through the drive thru and came home. We got a cheeseburger and some coney meals. Coneys were soggy and cheeseburgers were smashed, broken and reassembled on the bun. What a joke. I would call, but whoever is working now doesn't care, what would a phone call do? Remake my food. Gone here a few times since we live wihtin a few miles, we just won't ever go back. Take my $60, last dime you will get from me.

I dont eat at Goldstar ever but I have to say. I may start going now! I ordered their chicken sandwich and it was delicious, freshly fried to order and the fries were also. It was so good I ended up doordashing a burger and fries the next night and was very impressed. The fries were again hot and fried to order and were not soggy when they got to me.

The last few times we have came to the Ameila location for coneys they had very little chili on them.
