I'm not sure where to begin.
I've never had an order from this location that was correct. There's always something wrong with the order -- something is either smashed, missing ingredients, or an item missing entirely.
I visit several fast food restaurants nearby multiple times a week during my lunch breaks and I've never experienced errors at this rate anywhere else. Some places never mess up orders. There's nothing worse than getting back to the office to find out something that is missing or incomplete because there is also no way to request a refund for missing items using the app. Why?!? No one else operates like this! Not everyone has time to drive back to the store during a work day to get something fixed.
You would think with the less than competitive pricing this place has that it would at least get some of the orders correct.
I have completely lost faith in the service here and I will not be back.

We had returned the items to the store that were supposed to be vegetarian versions but that was not the case. We decided to go to a different location instead due to lack of confidence that the order would be correct since we encountered this same problem in the past. I was directed to call the number on their site (since they didn't have a copy of the number that could be provided in store) but it's been 3 weeks and we've yet to receive a response or refund.
I give up... It's 2025, it shouldn't be this difficult. Why does it require specific dates and times to refund incorrect orders.

This is the second time I’ve been here in the past month where I couldn’t finish my food. I don’t seem to have this problem at other locations, but this one my cheese coneys are always ice cold; bun, hotdog, chili, and cheese. The bun is stale and hard and the whole thing just tastes old. Truly despicable. $9 for three tiny, frozen, old, and stale cheese coneys smh 🤦.

2 months ago We stopped in there and the tables weren't clean, so we picked a dirty table and was asked by the dark haired waitress to move, said NO there wasn't anywhere else I wanted to sit. I got an instant attitude from her. We went ahead and ordered and ate our food Today 3/14/2025 we walked in the door and several tables weren't clean and of.coursemut.wasnthe black haired girl as the waitress, I scanned where to sit as I was looking she was standing behind the register giving me a dirty look, I looked past it and walked to the other side as I was walking she was following me with her nasty look, I.said.to myself really it's gonna be like that? We sat down and I looked at my husband and said NO I'm not eating here and having a waitress with an attitude serve.me. We walked out and went to Bethel. I promise I.will never step.foot in that building and I.will let all my friends and business connects know about how I.was treated
Was one of the best dine experiences I've had in a while. Eric is an outstanding employee.

Why is it the Gold Star in Withamsville is always closed early? Their hours are posted as open til 10pm however, we've pulled thru the drive thru 3 different evenings and they were closed before 10!!!

Will not eat there anymore since they got rid of the chili cheese dip!!! That was one of the best things on the menu!!!!
