I ordered pizza tonight it took an hour and 45 minutes to receive our order. Our order was cold. The driver went to the wrong house Kim the manager was very combative argumentative when you called into ask to have the food remade and sent out warm at least warm when you asked to talk to the manager or the owner, she’s very rude and sarcastic and says she is the manager. She is very unprofessional and hung up on me.

Order from here quite often. When we call to order, they are ? rude on the phone literally every time. Interrupting, and almost every time hangs up on you. Delivery, is at least an hour. Not sure why they are so nasty to customers there but the manager needs to take care of it and expect more from employees. Why is this acceptable? Going to start going elsewhere if things don’t change.

This has been a staple for the last few months. There is an older lady that answers the phone who has been great to work with. The food has been tasty and hot. They do not skimp on ingredients. We have had pizza, hoagies, and wings. We ask for the wings a little crispy and that's how they come. So far we have not had a bad meal from here.

Tell ya what, we been ordering food since we moved here over 7 years ago. Sure everyone has their days, right? But we had over slept and called at 9:27 fore delivery, right? So the broad that answers the phone must of just hated her job along with everything in the intair World. She acted as if taking my order just ruined her complete world. I have a credit card that you can turn on and off for safety purpose. Yes I should of made sure before I called it in . So it takes like maybe less then a minute to do this . But all I got was how she was outta time and couldn't just run it again so I ask her (turning the card on immediately) and it had over 1000 dollars on it she sez well I will run it she comes back all mad ,,, at least she sounded like helping us and just taking a extra sec was just too damn much. She sez she is running it again , BUT STOP, MY CARD IS TELLS ME WHEN WERE and how much the charge was WEATHER IT GOES THROUGH OR NOT . SEZ IN A NASTY HATEFUL VOICE ""IT DIDNT GO THROUGH THAT TIME AS WELL . LIE, MY CARD SHOWED THE ONE SHE TRIED AND THAT WAS IT. NO MORE THEN ONCE AND CAN PROBE IT . BUT. Like all places like them the customers concerns make no difference and the workers could give a shit!! We hung up I said a few things I shouldn't have. And we will NEVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN . SHES A STRAIGHT UP HATER!!

We have always ordered from here, and then some lady answered and said she’s been the manager for 31 years and she won’t deliver. She was incredibly rude. Also I’ve never seen her or talked to her! Maybe she worked there for 31 years cleaning the bathrooms! But give respect and don’t be rude for no reason!

Grammas Pizza in Amelia is the only Pizza restaurant we eat at . I am always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. We love the Pizza , hoagies , Pizza bread, and the best chicken nuggets around. We eat here at least once a week. You have to try this place out.
