changing my review because the last handful of times have been awful. the cheese bread sucks now, the cinnamon bread is just disgusting, the buns taste different, and the new lady on the phones can be rude (never giving a total, leaving you on hold for 15 minutes, rushing you off the phone). it’s not worth it for the price increase. my meal went from $12 to $16 and it taste WORSE than before.
it’s such a shame that it’s going downhill. Nick Grammas would be disappointed in this location!! go to the eastgate location or even Anderson if you want grammas!
They literally leave finger prints in your crust and they do NOT make the pizza to Grammas Pizza Standard . I know some of the owners and I've had grammas since I was born. AND if you get a death stare and get sick from the food its because THEY DO NOT CARE

Online said they were open till 11 pm. Went inside at 9:05pm and the guy said he closes at 10 pm and close the kitchen at 9 pm. Employees were already cleaning up the kitchen. Makes you wonder if they really close at 10 or they are just goofy off for an hour and a half.

Not 1 pizza we ordered was baked correctly. Cheese was waxy and cold. Is the bottom crust supposed to be a yellow color? Pretty sure it should be a golden brown color at least. My pizza wasn’t even cut all the way. I could rip apart half of it, other half was one big piece. Will not be ordering again. Hour wait time on delivery is no joke.
