I placed an order for pickup and they forgot to make it until I arrived. She then undercharged me for the order and let me have a drink for free while I waited. Would happily eat here again

The food arrived and we enjoyed it. However, they forgot our 2-liter so I called back and they told me they would let the driver know. I called back 30 mins later and they said that the driver had another delivery and the driver was on his way. I waited an hour to receive the 2 liter I ordered and I was given a Coke not a root beer like I originally ordered. I don't believe this is the driver's fault as the coke is what the staff at the store handed him.
We are only 6 minutes from this store. I work in food service and customer service should be a top priority in this business. Someone needs to pay better attention and help their drivers make sure they have everything for their deliveries. No one should have to wait an hour for something they ordered that was forgotten.

Kinda odd if you do half/half on toppings, you get charged for two toppings. Example, half bacon, half pepperoni. That's dumb and penny pinching customers.

Been going there since I was 8 years old although it's not the same as it was it's still pretty good and a price is still pretty fair people there are pretty cool a great local pizza joint to go to

changing my review because the last handful of times have been awful. the cheese bread sucks now, the cinnamon bread is just disgusting, the buns taste different, and the new lady on the phones can be rude (never giving a total, leaving you on hold for 15 minutes, rushing you off the phone). it’s not worth it for the price increase. my meal went from $12 to $16 and it taste WORSE than before.
it’s such a shame that it’s going downhill. Nick Grammas would be disappointed in this location!! go to the eastgate location or even Anderson if you want grammas!
