This is the best quality sub sandwich I've ever had. I just started eating here within the last year and I'm never going anywhere else for a sub sandwich. The only negative thing I can say is that the prices are steep for lunch meat sandwiches.

Don’t pay for your sub before it’s finished. I payed for the sandwich and didn’t tip because I’m not tipping for fast food. I get my sandwich and it didn’t have much meat on it.

I had a pickup order and there was multiple pieces of hair in my order. I am very pissed as being a loyal customer! If you’re going to work there and you have longer hair have the common courtesy of putting it back or Atleast wearing a hair net. That is very disrespectful and disgusting.

9/13/24 11:43 am ticket 01-001217-99-064686. Who ever made my sandwiches today needs to be immediately promoted to Jersey Mikes Corporate as the instructor on how to make the sandwiches properly. I travel the entire country for work and Jersey Mikes is always my go to, #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. Today was the first time it was made without overkill chipotle mayo, grease all over the wrapper or making the sandwich bread soggy, or all my cheese not in the sandwich but morphed with the paper wrapping. I have often said that there has to be someone somewhere that can actually make this properly and not ruin the experience or meal that I am always so excited to eat after a day of traveling and disappointed that I didn't get enough napkins to take back to the hotel room when I have to fix the soggy sandwich to eat it. So whoever made my sandwich God Bless You, I knew you existed and whoever in management needs to praise, promote, and or at least recognize what this individual accomplished that hundreds of other Jersey Mikes couldn't. Thank you!
food is good but they messed up my order and the lady had to remake it and was slamming things and throwing things all angry. but i ordered “in a bowl” and she made me a sandwich. not my fault. seems like everyone here is just angry lol

Great food. Way too expensive for a SMALL sandwich. Then if you want chips and a drink you'll spend $10-15 a person for 1 meal. Try to feed a family of 5 and you'll spend $75 if you buy drinks.
