Don’t pay for your sub before it’s finished. I payed for the sandwich and didn’t tip because I’m not tipping for fast food. I get my sandwich and it didn’t have much meat on it.

They’ll try to scam you. Got a #8 and they didn’t put bacon on it and I had to tell them.
I had a pickup order and there was multiple pieces of hair in my order. I am very pissed as being a loyal customer! If you’re going to work there and you have longer hair have the common courtesy of putting it back or Atleast wearing a hair net. That is very disrespectful and disgusting.

food is good but they messed up my order and the lady had to remake it and was slamming things and throwing things all angry. but i ordered “in a bowl” and she made me a sandwich. not my fault. seems like everyone here is just angry lol

Great food. Way too expensive for a SMALL sandwich. Then if you want chips and a drink you'll spend $10-15 a person for 1 meal. Try to feed a family of 5 and you'll spend $75 if you buy drinks.

We ordered on the Jersey Mike's app. To make a long story shorter, there were issues with the delivery. After contacting doordash first, with no resolution, I contacted the store directly. They were extremely helpful, and we were able to still get our dinner delivered without extra cost.

So this seems to be a common thing g with this location. They messed up our sandwich orders again, drive 15 minutes to have corrected. Told them to please remake at which point the sandwich maker named Dylan Thomas (may have been Stewart) stated "could you just take off the tomatoes as I just shut down the slicer." I said no I absolutely do not like tomatoes. Told him to refund it, which he stated he could not. I'm assuming this guy is the "manager" as he was the only one without an apron on. This type of customer service is absolutely horrible ... the "open" sign on the door is turned off I'm assuming as a way to stop people from coming in at the end of the night, especially since they close at 9 and it's barely 8:25. This location will lose loyal customers .... It's cool though jimmy johns is literally 15 seconds away
