This place sucked bro, I got a tuna sandwich and and tasted like fake tuna and I got a tuna sandwich with nothing but cheese and mayo and it being toasted, it was burnt and they put double cheese cuz that’s the only reason they would be able to toast it and had way to much lettuce which I never asked for, just go to the subway next to it. I also got it to stay in and eat but they had it as to go and as I write the review I see a guy making food with the same gloves he used to mop with. 🥀🥀✌️😔

Me and my wife order from this location a decent amount but that has come to an end after our experience this week. We ordered for delivery and the food was ok but the delivery driver decided to park his car in our front yard to deliver our food even though our driveway was shoveled and had room to park and deliver the food and leave. The driver then proceeded to spin his tires in our front yard for 20 minutes trying to get unstuck. No knock on the door to let us know he needed help or ask if we could help him (which we would have) after I was able to get free from feeding our sick baby I walked outside and right as I did he finally got unstuck and sped off. No sorry. No nothing and their “managers” told me there is nothing they can do and its up to me to get in contact with him to have his insurance handle it. Horrible. Horrible.

The staff was really rude. They were joking around and laughing together and all I wanted was a sandwich. They acted inconvenienced that I wanted a sandwich toasted. I paid 38 bucks for 3 sandwiches. I said I wanted a ham sandwich and the range me up for a turkey and ham with no turkey... I'll never go back to JJ again.

We will probably not get Jimmy John's from this location anymore. The last few sandwiches we've gotten here were sub par with today's being the worst. I got a Chicken Bacon Ranch with no bacon, ye i know i'm odd. The first sandwhich we got didn't appear to have any chicken in it, leading me to believe we had gotten a BLT. That isn't a problem it's just a mistake in communication and easily fixable. So my wife drove back to the store to get it corrected and when she got back i once again believed there to be no chicken on the sandwich. It wasn't until i remove everything off the sandwich that i realized there was in face a tiny amount of shredded chicken in there... the sandwich isn't even made with shredded chicken... My wife got a wrap that had 1 slice of turkey on it... So at this point they have had multiple quality issues and now seem to have staff that don't know how to make their food. Hopefully they can get some people in and trained properly and turn this around because we do like Jimmy Johns but we wont go here again.

I'll never eat here again. The food wasn't bad at all, it's just the meats are incredibly bland. It tasted no different than a sandwich I can make at home and yet it costs me nearly $30 for that bland sandwich. Also, the manager had to take my order because the employees couldn't figure out how to make changes to my order, like they expect everyone to order the pre-designed menu sandwiches as they come. I'd just rather go across the lot.

Well, I was fine with this place up until the store called my phone to let me know I forgot to put a tip, truth be told.. I tip in cash. So, I won’t be ordering this place again, it’s a bold step to call me and tell me I forgot to tip, really? ITS MY MONEY I do what I want with it!! If I ever chose to not tip than so be it I worked my hours for my money.
