Never made order. Place sucks

My husband & I ordered from the drive thru. The drive thru wasn’t busy, and I placed a small order of a (4pc meal, with FF, and a biscuit) then 1 chicken thigh, and a biscuit. My chicken thigh was burnt, and I didn’t get a biscuit. I don’t know why they closed the KFC in Anderson, cause our food was always correct there. Please, start checking ur orders, or close the Amelia location and reopen the Anderson 1.

Placed a to go order online. Took forever for them to fill. Then when we got it it was wrong. Went through drive through to get it corrected told them what we missed then again handed the wrong food. Was not busy. The employees were nice but pay attention to detail please. Ended up leaving because I’m not going back for a 3rd time.

I went here for dinner and got a 8 piece family meal with 2 extra pieces of fish. They forgot the 2 extra pieces of fish and 2 pieces of chicken from the family meal. The food also tasted gross and like it had been sitting out, especially the chicken. We got the peach cream sweet lighting and they were half full after the fizz. I called them when I noticed the missing food and didn't even mention the other stuff and just chalked that up to being a bad night. I spoke with a woman who I forgot to ask her name (I know shame on me) and she told me that they would replace it and she would let her manager know bc she wasn't going to be there when my husband was going to pick it up later in the evening. My husband stopped by to get the food and they refused to replace it bc I forgot to get the ladies name and the manager left for the day. The young lady I spoke to refused to give her name as well and was very rude and over talked most of the phone call and advised she was just doing her job. I am calling tomorrow to speak with the manager and request and full refund due to this as I will not be going back to this location any time soon. I don't mean to be a Karen lol and I know this is long winded but I did my part as a consumer and they failed to fulfill their part as a business. This isn't the first negative experience I have had at this location but this is the one that broke the camels back!

Ordered delivery from the Amelia, Ohio KFC. it arrived about 5 PM this evening. I have always loved KFC. Always. But this evening was a big disappointment. I had ordered two chicken breasts and both were so tough I could hardly chew them. what’s happening here?

I had to call for a replacement of breast. I wasn't asked if they could substitute and live 20 minutes away. Extremely disappointed in the service most of the times I stop here. I did get a credit however the damage was done AGAIN

Apparently they just don’t even serve front counter when there’s people in drive through. No reason it should take over 30 minutes for an order when there’s only two or three cars in drive through anyways either

Said it was too spicy and the fries were too salty even when they dropped them fresh. However, the worker taking the order was very sweet and Nice!

Just shut this store down. None of the workers care about being a decent employee and getting your food to you. Waited 25 minutes for my online order and the store was empty....

One of the worst places to eat so much grease on the chicken made the batter on the chicken wet had to dabbed with paper towels took 3 full sheets to get grease off the chicken. Asked for fresh soft biscuits and got hard ass biscuits u could knock out a tooth if u bit into it. Coleslaw was not mixed properly tasted like it had a heat spice yo eat could not eat dinner tonight grease tested old and looked like the life of the oil was over a long time ago.

I placed a mobile order for pick up at the store. Got back to my house that I just moved in to. I am missing all the sauces for my meal. I have no utensils and no napkins. I call the store to let them know. The lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She sat the phone down complaining to her co worker “what do you want me to do with this lady”. Keeps the phone sat down for a couple minutes. She tries to hang up. She picked the phone up then hung it up again. I called the store back. She tried to say she didn’t hang up she muted. I said no the call hung up. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she wasn’t there. I would have to call back tomorrow. I asked for her name. She refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer. Completely unacceptable

Waited 20 mins for my food! Didn’t bring me my drinks so I had to wait another 10 mins in store for 4 drinks… also forgot the sauce!

Came here tonight to get food for my family, the place was poppin. I was pulled around to wait on our order, I waited not very long at all despite how busy they were. The manager himself brought out our order and made sure it was all correct even down to the sauces. Not only was the service awesome but the food was fresh and delicious!! Thank you KFC staff. :)
