The food was cold it took over 25 min for the food and they gave me the rong item when I asked for a replacement the person was supper rude with me and took over 20 min for hushpuppys i got here at 4:45 and still waiting it's now 5:17 and the employees were cursing on line so loud my kids could here it do not eat here unless you wish to be disappointed and disrespected honestly the worst experience I have ever had the missplessure of going to

This place is absolutely disgusting. When I say nasty it’s nasty nasty. 3 guys working one just walked around the whole time. No one really cared about doing their job. I would be very very very embarrassed to be a part of this team. The nasty restaurant on top of cold food. Cussing infront of customers is not professional.

Ordered drive thru original recipe 12 piece. What we got was 12 piece extra crispy and dry as hell. The biscuits were old and all dried out. Was home and did not feel like dealing with the bull of going back. Drive thru screws me again..
Don't come here for FAST food or a correct order. SLOWEST restaurant I've ever experienced. While waiting 20 minutes for my MOBILE order that I placed BEFORE I LEFT THE HOUSE, I watched two people come back with missing sides. When Trudi was manager, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I used to work at this store. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO MAKE THE FOOD AND PACK THE ORDERS RIGHT!!!! I don't complain until it's something I've done myself, and I can tell the crew in there is an absolute train wreck.

I LOVE KFC POT PIES. But today I don’t think I could ever eat one again. I’m 4 months pregnant and have been craving them so so much , the fact I ate almost all of it to find out I was only eating raw chicken. I’m sad and surprised at the same time. This location never gets my order wrong. It’s always fresh and perfect but today was foul.

I received a carry out. When I got home the 4 piece dinner was anything but what I expected. The piece that was supposed to be a leg was as big as a chicken wing. The chicken breast didn’t look like a chicken breast and had part of the back bone attached to it. Everything was very dry I gave up on it after the chicken breast. Never expected for their chicken to look like I don’t know what. Needless to say won’t be going there anymore. Someone has gone cheap on the chicken but we still pay top dollar.

Had a great experience with Jordan the manager. There was a slight problem. Went in with my husband and he made it right on the spot. Definitely will be eating here again.

Best KFC/Long John Silvers ever!!! Very fresh food and equally fantastic service!!! Manager Elijah was super friendly and went out of his way to bring our food to the table!!! The restaurant was clean and the decor was nice too!! ? Thank you for 5 star service ? ? ? ? ?!!!

The person who cooks their chicken (Ryan Shanabrook) has bed bugs and roaches. I would never eat at this place knowing he is probably bringing them to KFC. Very disgusting and unsanitary.
