Just left and won't be back. We were seated and forgotten. After watching several other parties be sat and served I went up and asked why we had waited 25 minutes without service. Was told they were sorry and they would get someone out right away. Waited 5 more min then left and went elsewhere. They weren't that busy.

In from out of town, I had to have LaRosa's again and it was everything I remembered from when I lived in Cincinnati years ago. Great service and great food, especially the pizza! I got the meat deluxe which had lots of meat and was delicious! #

Food is good, not always what you order. If they are busy or you have a group issues with orders, drinks, refills occur. Happens often. Clean and seating are good. Staff appears to turn over, reason for above. Pizza is excellent as are the baked sandwiches.

Has gone way downhill. Pizza is either too thick or too thin for traditional. Looks like they also dumped jars of sauce all over it. I'll go to Eastgate or Anderson next time. This is 3 trips in a row its been bad.

We went for lunch on a Saturday. Wasn't overly crowded. Waitress took our drink order, and we never heard from her again. But we watched her wait on everyone around us. We left and went to Anderson Larosa and got excellent service.

Wish there was an option to order your sauce preferences online. The last couple of times we ordered, the pizzas have looked thrown together and sloppy in the boxes.

I like the pizza very much. But I like eating it at home. (Always to go, never been inside)Parking: It is a nice size (larger parking lot) 1 story building with plenty parking all around it. Near a strip mall with a few other shops and restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Maybe not a happy meal or toy, but great food, with a great atmosphere to relax(evening is best time to go) in my opinion

I realize that this restaurant is keen on students who need jobs which is amazing. But I guess the training is not on point because when I went yesterday, I counted 12 times we had waitresses and managers go back and forth to fix things. Forgetting items, getting orders incorrect, and they weren't able to remember things we asked for like boxes. These things are all fixable, but we ended up leaving about 20-30 minutes past what we were supposed to.

Food is great and so is the service. Lives up to the Larosa's reputation.
