It's 9:30 your crew is killing it. This combination of people work great together. Don't spilt them up. When it's busy the communication between them is incredible. They had 8-10 customers when I came in to the store and really had the energy turned up. Fun to watch.

We were waiting for our order with another couple sitting there and we all witnessed a bigger lady put her hands down her pants and not wash and was just rubbing her hands walking up to the counter. That’s disgusting and I will drive to a different location before coming back.

How do you loose a pizza they had to remake it twice!! This happened to a few other people on here as well. Placed the order at 7:25 pm we left at 9:30 pm with no pizza claiming they lost our order twice. I have always came here because of how fast they have their pizza’s done. Looks like I can’t rely on that.

Scott was amazing and brought everything out to our car. We decided to add something on and he took care of it so we didn’t have to go back in. Great customer service and super friendly !

Been coming here since they opened Nothing but great food ..pizza is smoking good all types. Anything you want. And the help , has always been very nice and about their jobs. Easy in and easy out. We love the pizza portal pickup so easy,fast and convenient. Plus the pizza tracker let's you know when it's ready, your code then type it in at the portal & the door opens for your food. We don't eat here too often but since it's on the way home and the pretzel pizza with cheese is the best we have been getting it more often.

My wife called in our order, 3 pizzas and an order of crazy bread, at 6:10 pm and never got the order until 6:55, when I asked for it. It was in the warmer, they just forgot about it and let me stand there for almost 30 minutes and never asked me about my order, they got their money and didn't seem concerned that I got my food.

Same thing happened to me as with another reviewer last month. I walk in and the dude lies that they’re working on my order, so they make me wait 30 minutes only to discover they lost it. All I get is a “sorry” from the staff who could clearly care less. I mean why send me two emails that it’s ready when it’s not? Oh and another time my order was just canceled for no apparent reason. I get it’s a minimum wage job at a busy place but the staff couldn’t be more incompetent.
