Doordash delivery driver management problem first off i can see it or there lack of the speed and consistency is just as bad as Taco Bell across the street shame on your corporate management also someone needs to get rid of the store manager or something she's rude for one and under her chain of communication and command she should be a great leader step it up get your shit together there shouldn't be a long line of people

Placed mobile order to pick up through the drive-thru. And when I get to the drive-thru they told me to pull around to the front at the double doors and they would bring it out to me. It really was frustrating because all my mobile order was for is one macaroni and cheese. I placed it for the drive-thru so didn't see why I couldn't pick it up.

Today I went through the drive thru. Had a coupon for 2 pc Fish Basket for $6.99. Young man took my coupon & my $10.00 & said it was total of $8.74! I questioned him why. I said it is supposed to be $6.99 & no tax today. He asked if I wanted a drink & I said no, I did not order anything extra. He said it came with my basket. Again I told him I should only pay the $6.99 with my coupon. I told him his receipt showed 2pc fish ANYMEAL at 7.49 which is regularly $8.19 minus 0.70 which is now showing $8.19 plus the side drink for $1.25 added which total due is $8.74. He continued arguing that he was right so I was done & just paid the total of $8.74! I think he was new & didn't know what he was doing! He was extremely rude! Then got home & opened it & there were 2 TINY pcs of fish! The 2 put together wouldn't even make 1 pc of fish! Hard hush puppies & COLD fries. Money is not my complaint, its the lousy food & his smart alec attitude! He should not be working the window at drive thru or anywhere he speaks to public!

I have ordered 2; 5 piece tender with mashed potatoes and gravy with a biscuit and drink. I have tried calling this store Atleast 10x regarding my issue and only get a busy signal. Anyways my order ended being 1; 5 piece chicken tender with macaroni and cheese (not my mashed potatoes and gravy. Along with a 3 piece tender and Macaroni and cheese and both the drinks were extremely watered down. Now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone (my daughter already ate her biscuit lol)

Sold us food so burnt and old you couldn't even bite into it. Go back to get my money back and they refuse. Insist on making more food, so left waiting for over 35 min for them to hand us food even worse than the 1st time. Every car that went through the drive thru that night had to come back for some reason. And they locked the door because so many people were complaining!
