Quoted delivery time was 30-40 minutes when delivery order was placed. I pre tipped $10 on a $30 order, and it took over an hour to get my food. Food was cold, but still edible. I’ll be going elsewhere for Pizza. What is the deal with terribly managed pizza places on this side of town? Yeesh.

We always do pizza on Friday night but with the remnants of Hurricane Helene that came through greater Cincinnati last Friday, most places weren't open due to power outages. I called Marco's and they were open and delivering. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice. This was the first time we had ordered from Marco's. I ordered a medium pizza and my wife had a salad. Both were absolutely delicious. So good that we ordered again on Sunday for the football game. You have gained a customer for life!

I love the 1099 magnifico Pizza it's affordable and it's always delicious Marco's is one of my favorite pizza places I used to eat at Papa John's I got a pizza from Marcos one time and fell in love with it and I no longer order a Papa John's not saying nothing bad about Papa John's but they just have the flavor like Marcos magnifico Pizza.

I placed an online order and went to the wrong Marcos location, twice. The folks at the Amelia store were so friendly and understanding. They didn't hesitate to help me cancel my order at the wrong location and put my order in at their location. The service was unbelievably fast. Very greatful for their help and customer service! Will be back.
