The McDonald's in amelia on 125. I went through the drive through to order. When I got to the first window, a young girl by the name "Vanessa" was the one taking the payments. Or so I was told her name was Vanessa. She was also currently playing on her cell phone while doing so. I’ve ordered 2 times in the last two weeks and when my food gets here it’s cold and is always missing at least half of the order. For instance I ordered 2 10 pc nuggets 2 large fries a Big Mac and a medium fry the food gets here I open the bag and all that is in it are the 3 drinks and fry and 1 10 pc nugget. Awful location! Waited 25 minutes for a caramel frappe and ended up having to get a refund. The level of incompetence working at this McDonald’s is absolutely astonishing! Never seen such awful workers and staff in my life. Plus there are bugs all over this location.
