This is literally the worst McDonald’s on the face of the earth. They don’t care about anything and it doesn’t matter if you leave feedback, because the owner/management doesn’t care. Stay far, far away from this place.

This McDonald’s was a complete joke. We waited over 30 minutes for food that was literally sitting right there ready, and NO ONE bothered to hand it to us. Most of the workers were just standing around talking and doing nothing, while customers got more and more frustrated. The manager had to step in and do their jobs because they clearly didn’t care.
Shoutout to the three workers who were actually trying — they were the only ones doing anything while the rest just wasted time.
It wasn’t just us — a bunch of people were complaining because nobody was getting their food. This place is lazy, unprofessional, and straight-up disrespectful to customers. I will never waste my time here again.

No employees wearing gloves and the girl prepping food grabbed nuggets with her bare hands and tossed them back in the box and in a bag to serve. That is disgusting. I made the manager someone aware and she told her and she just laughed and continued to prepare food with no gloves. Place is dirty. Ice Machine empty all the time. I will never eat at this disgusting place ever again.
This locations serves great food for breakfast and lunch most times. The evening service here is HORRIBLE!! The food is barely warm and the fries are ALWAYS cold. They have a BAD habit of handing out food through the window without a bag...Yes even fries! Please get them some professional help in the evening!

28 minute wait as an in-person diner. No one at the counter, no one even seemed concern. Missing items. Staff fighting each other, talking back to supervisor. Really depressing experience.

They started talking about stuff in front of me that I did not like and one person rubbed there bum then gave my food to me. I think this place is buns like the ones of my food!! The big Mac I ordered came with lettuce when I specifically asked for no lettuce because I’m allergic and when I went up to tell them they made me buy another Big Mac!!!

Food often wrong and have waited over half an hour several times. This last time I waited 56 minutes for my food (!!) and the pink haired manager wouldn’t take the app as my proof of payment. THEY lost my order and had me go into my emails for a receipt to even do anything for me. After I showed it I didn’t get any sort of apology or anything, just silent nothing. 4 plain burgers. No refund, no comp, no apology, for a whole hour. Unfortunately this one is the closest to where I live, but I’ll make the trek down the road to the other one here on out. This location lost a customer, but honesty it doesn’t seem like they even care
