Abysmal. Spend your money at Eastgate or literally any other fastfood chain on the strip. They don't clean the grills in the attempts I've gone to over the past three years. Burgers always had black goop garbage on it. Fries are always underfilled and never crispy. Might as well defrost a bag of Oreida for the same results. Lettuce has been consistently soggy. No longer wasting my money here that I couldn't bother to get refunded because you have to ask via the app instead. Terrible refund process. Hopefully they can fix the awful app and make a better request system

Never got to order thru the drive thru since the other lane took orders from 4 other vehicles before me and I was there before them, so I left. Disappointed!

Me and a friend went, ordered for dine in. Was waiting for around 15 minutes for a big mac meal, a big mac by itself and a 10 piece nugget, put it in a bag instead of on a dine in tray, had to go up and get it because they never called out number, gave us two less ranches then we order, my friends big mac was made incorrectly, and found a hair inside one of their ranches. Also no napkins and one of the soap dispensers was empty.

Every time I come here I wait a ton of time for subpar mcdonalds. The staff are slow, mentally and physically. Just go down to bethel and you'll get a proper sandwich. Couldn't hit a broad side of a barn with a piece of cheese if they tried.

Ghetto rundown parking lot hasn't been fit to drive out of the passed 4 years I've lived around here, they give me sweet tea 3 weeks in a row, I don't like sugar, and I don't like paying 3 bucks for leaves and water, so I only do it if I'm busy and missing meals, but I'll just wait, choking down overly greasy double quarter pounders with no ketchup and no drink 3 weeks in a row after Three years of tire wear leaving, I'm done good luck with your new robot staff.

Can't ever try the new items due to equipment "being down" which is cliche at this point. I need to take my own advice an stop thinking it'll be better this time. It's bad every time.

Walking in to find 20 people waiting for their food should have been a red flag. Used the self-service kiosk and got no receipt. Waited 20 minutes, then left without food. They can keep the $10 I spent as a parting gift, because I'm never coming back.
