Food was trash, fries and sandwich cold, the usual with this one which unfortunately happens to be closest to my house. Can't ever try the new items due to equipment "being down" which is cliche at this point. I need to take my own advice an stop thinking it'll be better this time. It's bad every time.

Walking in to find 20 people waiting for their food should have been a red flag. Used the self-service kiosk and got no receipt. Waited 20 minutes, then left without food. They can keep the $10 I spent as a parting gift, because I'm never coming back.
When I got my food is was all cold and stale I went back around the drive thru and just asked for a refund to save me and the worker Time she told me she wasn’t giving me a refund very disappointing

Absolute GARBAGE. About done with every McDonald’s, there’s so many other places out there. I used a mobile order and got a Big Mac meal, said no lettuce. COVERED it’s like y’all do this on purpose. Not even my main issue, because we had to be “pulled” forward for a Big Mac and fry? Waited almost 20 minutes for a burger and medium fry, for it to STILL BE WRONG. SONIC IS ACROSS THE STREET, and will provide better service, & food, for your money and time!

Went in with my mother for a late lunch today waited 45 minutes for my food and watch an older women in the back eating a lollipop on the food line while she was making food it was disgusting and very unprofessional I will be reporting this to the health department that is a big health code violation and was just gross. Will not be back
