I order pizza from here all the time ever on Super Bowl day I ordered pizza from them and it was amazing and today my order was 20.97 I called the store and told them all I had was a 50 so I ordered my food and then the store called me back saying there pizza driver wouldn’t take my 50 they don’t take 50’s?! Like are you kidding me like he was getting a tip and everything like why would you not do your job? I will not be ordering pizza or anything else from this establishment money is money people work hard for it if you don’t wanna take it your loss I’ll take my business to another pizza place 👌

3 stars for atmosphere, no dining area. Clerk who handed me the pizza seemed ok, 4 stars for 15 seconds. Called in the order and it appears that pizza shops use a central ordering center where a salesperson tries to sell other products. Whatever. Saves time for the actual location making the pizza. So, very little excuse for pizza that wasn't fully baked. Never worked a pizza shop so I don't know the inner workings. It appears that automation is used to get the pizza right. Well something went wrong. 2 stars for the product

We live 1.3mil away and it took the driver over 20min to get the food to us. Food was nasty and cold. Boneless wings were nothing but soggy chicken nuggets. The Popadia is nothing but two dry small pizzas on top of eachother. The quality has really gone downhill!

We ordered online as usual, we spoke to an indian man who was messing up our order while we were on the phone with him we repeatedly corrected him (keep in mind he does NOT speak english) yet he still got it wrong. I am pissed we just wanted some food. We never got a refund or credit and yet never got the food we wanted, beyond pissed. Do better next time Papa John’s.

Order from here often but no more. Got an order today that sat on my front porch because I never received a notification. Asked for well done and it’s not even close. Breadsticks are RAW. Wasn’t even during a busy part of the day.

Why does this store refuse to use the papa tracker! I'd like to know when my food is on the way! Update still refuses to use the tracked but also not training the employees right. When I order cheese bread that says 14 pieces I expect it to be cut right so all on my guest got some but it was cut short and kids don't wait to I had 3 kids without! Ordered 2 and both were wrong! And why are you sending out emails about the driver only! The driver didn't cut my food wrong so why would I rate my food as my driver!
