This was the worst pizza I had ever gotten from a papa johns. I ordered an extra pepperoni pizza that had a tiny fraction of pepperoni. The sauce was sweet like there was too much sugar added in and there were weird chunks in the pizza that was almost like pieces of overly baked chicken or pieces of dough from other pizzas. God awful and I will never order from here again.

Order from the Amelia Ohio location for me and my 3 kids (all boys ages 17, 13, and 8). I don’t know if the crust has changed or what but it was so thin there might as well not even been crust and the sauce and toppings were seriously lacking. I was very disappointed and probably will not be ordering papa John’s again.

The delivery range has been limited. I can no longer get pizza delivered even though I live less than 3 miles away.I see that the location is now an issue with the new jiffy lube next door and the turning lane extended. I find it very difficult and unsafe to pull into the parking lot just to pick up food.The food is great.They've been consistent.And the one time my order was late, they made up for it.Hopefully, the location and delivery issues will be fixed. Or maybe I'll just use 3rd parties to get it delivered.
Even though it says no contact, on their website, it says that the driver will knock on the door and stand there and wait until you open the door and get your pizza. My driver never did that so my pizza sat out on my porch while I waited for it, so it was completely cold. I have never had problems with any other Papa John’s, and this is the first time I ordered at this one.
