Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the lady standing there on her phone just ignored me somebody behind her had to say her name for her to help me it was the lady in the red shirt I think it was the manager cuz she's the one that told people to go home and then everybody got their order before me that ordered after me. To the owner!!! Look how many good reviews have been sent in the last six months! What changed around that time???

Their door says they open at 10:30 on Saturday. We got here at 11:02 and the door was locked. We made eye contact with someone inside and they stood there and watched us try to open it and did nothing. It wasn't until we were driving away that someone followed us to try and get us to come in. This is just the latest in a string of poor customer service experiences we've had at this location.

Ordered online, got to store, stood at counter for 15 minutes while 5 employees looked at me and didn't help. A female walks in, they immediately get and help her, I made remark, so nothing, a door dasher comes in, immediately asked if they could help them. Another female walks in and immediately asked and taken care of. I had to loudly ask for help. Had been there 20 minutes, finally they get my food, which had been sitting on oven, dine since before I got there then they said if have to wait for the fries. Every sub was soggy and so were the fries. The one guy with a long string beard in a rubber band, comes out and cracks the radio up very loud. My very first time there, will NEVER go back. Guess I have the wrong anatomy Garbage place

I used to love this Penn Station. But I went to order food today and the lady there named D is a newer employee I have never seen her before is a very rude employee and she is definitely on some kind of substance and it’s disgusting that they will even hire employees that act like this. She was very rude to the other employee who was very kind to me I tipped her 5 dollars if I had more I would’ve gave it to her because she did not deserve to be treated that way. Businesses need to do better and stop hiring people who are not capable of coming to work sober and giving good customer service. I’m sorry to say this but Penn Station just lost my business!

Unbelievable the way i was treated by 3 teenagers. I ordered takeout around 8pm. Didn't get a chance to eat right away so when I finally did open it everything was wrong. No big deal...I'll drive back up and just have them remake it except they locked the doors at 930 (they close at 10pm) and they saw me standing there and laughed and ignored me. I work in food service and I understand you want to get your cleaning finished so you can go home but you do not lock the door 30 minutes early and ignore a customer clearly standing outside! Go to Eastgate. They took care of me and their food was so much better. Do better Amelia! Maybe if there was an adult this wouldn't have happened. So disappointed. Not sure if I'll visit this location again after coming here for years. I'd rather go out of my way to be treated better.

I ordered extra crispy fries with my order, they brought out my sons order as we sat down pretty much & because I had to take a call outside, of course I did not hear my name called 4x he claims he did & then I asked if they were extra & they claimed they were, which they were NOT & I was talking to my son & stated that I paid $25 for our food & it should be as I ordered & then that same guy started yelling from behind counter claiming he did yell my name & actually told me to leave several times b4 he called the police, at which time I stated I would leave after I finished my food & the lady with no teeth also told me to leave & for the guy to go ahead and call police. At which time I asked her for a bag so I could take my food (that i’ve only taken one bite out of) & when she brought me a bag to our table she told me to never come back there again. & believe me I will NOT. they don’t even get my pick up orders correct.

Sat in parking lot for 10 mins and doors weren't open at 1030 like they say. Wasted 10 mins
Went in and they were busy. The young man that took our order was very professional and kind. There was a woman working behind the counter and taking food to people and I was appauled by her attitude toward the young man (I think his name was Nate). She was behind the counter yelling and when she took food out to people, she began yelling at Nate telling him to get people's names correct. He just looked down like he was so embarrassed. I, along with others there, felt so bad for him. There was no reason to belittle him in front of customers. Because of the terrible behavior of this woman, I will not go back to this restaurant!

This place has gone downhill fast. It is very dirty with rude people working. And I found hair in my food. They need to start wearing hair cap so Hair doesn’t get into the food. I will never go here again.

Went in to pickup an online order at the time it said it would be ready…probably 9 employees working and not a single one even said hi or acknowledged me. I stood at the register for quite a few minutes and a male employee just looked at me, so I said hi and didn’t even get a response back. The same employee finally asked for my name and then just turned around and didn’t even say anything, so I figured that meant it wasn’t ready and just went and took a seat. I waited 15 mins past when it was supposed to be ready (which I don’t mind the wait, but at least acknowledge that I exist being that I’m paying for your food). Bread was like it wasn’t even cooked and the amount of fries we got was pathetic considering how outrageously priced they are. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
