Rude staff. Delivered ice cold pizza and when we called to address the situation, they did not believe us. And said there was nothing they could do to take care of our complaint. Said that pizza should be warm because it was in a warming bag…..door dash delivered it, not Pizza Hut drivers. They pizza was not brought to the door in a warming bag.
First time ordering from Pizza Hut in about 15 years. We ordered the big box with extra wings. Asked for garlic butter crust not there. Asked for garlic butter and paid for it. Not there. The pan pizza had extra Ingredients added. Asked for heavy sauce didn't get it.. It didn't help. Very bready crust. Poor flavor. I remember a different pizza not what we paid over $50 for. That was on par with many better pizza restaurants. You missed the mark by a mile. Wow how do you slide...read full review
