Okay. 7th time here. Live down the street. Every single time we have got an I'm sorry we don't have that ....
We waited 20 minutes inside for our order (Don't mind waiting if it's hot and fresh) it was not.
When we got the order, it was miss the drink cups. Had to track someone down for my cups. You thought I was asking for them to climb Mt Everest. She got a cup and brang it over. There's two dinners inside. I said I need another cup and she rolled her eyes and got the cup.
After opening our boxes, No sauce. So again to the counter. Same girl. I tell her my problem. She rolls her eyes once again and said it wasn't her fault she juat got back from break. I never said it was her fault and the logical thing would have been to just ask me what sauce and get then but nope, not that simple.
I then asked for the manager. She tried to tell him I yelled at her which got me to reply, No THIS is yelling. You are not running to him yelling lies.
The Manager handled himself fine. He tried to refund my money and I told him no. I don't want the money, I want the problem fixed.
I looked at the reviews and ypu are racking up a very large list of 1 stars after all thw great hype you had when you first opened. A

Good food but not the food that was ordered. Ordered a two piece classic dark meat box and got a 3 piece tender and since they gave tenders instead of what was ordered there isn’t even sauce for the tenders because well that wasn’t what was ordered why would they ask if we wanted sauce. And his happened in the drive thru, when food is ordered online for inside pick up theres never anything wrong but always something wrong or missing from drive thru

I’ve stopped here a few times the past week because I’ve been at a job site nearby, and it’s always been very clean and good food.
Writing a 5 star review today because the GM came out to introduce himself and the manager and wanted to make sure to let him know if there’s ever any problems.

The Amelia location has been by far the worst experience ever! Love Popeyes and recently moved from Virginia.. Ordered three times the spicy sandwiches and Tenders .. our goto meals every time and every damn time it was same below par Food. The chicken was over fried and something really wrong with the quality. the second time my wife got really sick and threw up so bad. She swore to never order anything from here ever again after that experience. Tried complaining on the app and to the person on the front. but they dont care. I literally drive by twice every day and would love to order .. and gave them the third chance and again they failed.. the foul tasting feeling makes me drive away. its a great location and new place.. think they are being mismanaged bad.. and ordering through the app and tried to drive thru. they said no you have to come in. its not like other other Popeyes locations that have better service. if this continues it may shut down sooner than later.

Very poor. Ordered DoorDash, the dasher called me and told me they forgot my drink and the order looked small for what I ordered, he tried to reason with them while on the phone with me and they ignored him. Rude. The food was incredibly salty. And we were missing half of our order. Thanks to DoorDash our food was comped. I’ll never come to this store again. Highly recommend ordering elsewhere. I get being understaffed, but for a new store this is bad.

Here’s the thing: it would be great if they had enough people working. But my goodness was the service slow because they don’t have enough people. Another small thing that added up the insanely long wait time was the drive thru lane being too small to allow people to pass one another while waiting for food.

We’ve bought from this location 3 times and all 3 times the staff were pretty incompetent. Just go to chick fil a or a different location. It’s been months and they can’t make any orders right or cook the chicken. Whoever is running this location doesn’t know what they are doing.
Staff appears to lack cohesion, resulting in customer having to wait unrealistic times for their orders

Started off well for this business. Today I ordered a #5. 5 piece. Asked for extra crunchy. I was handed only what's in the box. No fries or biscuits I asked for. I came inside to get them. The staff were either high or unable to speak coherent English. They didn't want to work.
I'm ashamed of how this Popeyes direction is already going.
17$ meal for 2 pieces of chicken

Trying to help a new business!! Go there at 2:30 pm on Monday place order and was told they only have spicy chicken?? When asked how long before they had regular chicken and was told it would be an hour !!! Not going to stay in business if you don’t have chicken
