We bought chicken her tonight and I was very disappointed on my chicken, it was cold and the pieces were so tiny. What a waste of time driving towards that area.

Only writing a review because this has happened multiple times at this location. waited 20 minutes for my order (in the drive thru!) just to find out they messed up our wings and didn’t even give us the fried pickles. They didn’t tell us it was going to be a wait or else I would’ve have ordered wings knowing it would take so long. when the food finally came out it wasn’t even hot and very poorly put together.

Bought food today for dinner 2 fish sandwiches, shrimp 8pcs box and 3pcs chicken spicy and everything was horrible the nasty tast from old fried chicken and the fish sandwich a big no no.the shrimp very dark color what a joke $20 for a lot of crap.

Ordered family meal with tenders, was told to park out front because the tenders would take a few minutes. After 20 minutes past, I went inside to see what the hold up was. Didn’t seem phased at all about the wait time, just got a response saying they’re waiting for the tenders to pop up. Waiting inside for another 5 minutes to get my order, total of 25 minutes. This was a Friday around 5:30pm, you’d think they would have their chicken ready to go. Not sure I’ll give them business again.

Man every time I DoorDash an order from this location, my food is always fresh and still hot. Absolutely wonderful and kind staff. Shout out to Deb during the day who answered on 2/3 when I called to ask a question and shout out to the guy who answered the night of 2/2 about a small issue with an order. 10/10

Was supposed to get 24 peaces of mild got half spicey this was for a kids birthday party some kids got sick and parents was mad as fire how do you mess this up its like we was sabotaged never agin will I go back here the eastgate location blows and so does the amelia one if you want good Popeyes you have to go to the hyde park location
What time does your drive-thur close? Your hours say 11pm but went through at 10:30 lady said only thing I can order are tenders. Because they close in a half hour.1¹
I think this place needs to close down. Didn’t get the right food and everything was cold and the coleslaw was expired, tasted like chemicals. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SICK

It's been a while since I've been here. It was quite busy when it first opened, now it fluctuates. Food is fast and fresh. Employees are nice, although sometimes unattentive with guests inside because the drive-thru line gets long. I would eat here again, their service and item availability is better than some of the other Popeye's locations around the Greater Cincinnati area

Get comfortable if you're ordering here. It doesn't matter if you go inside or if you go through the drive-thru. I've never waited less than 20 minutes for my food since this place first opened. I love Popeye's restaurant, but they need some good management here because it's not worth the time to wait.

you have to really watch it and double check everything that you order if not you might not get it when you get home the chicken is good as always, sides suck, can someone please come up with a side that is not a carb they make great vegetables in Louisiana can you please come up with a different side a vegetable please
