Britteny wasn't very pleasant to deal with. I had order a cramel crunch but I didn't want the crunches in it. Based on dozens of experiences with this location. It's about a dead 2.5 of 5 in my book. Most of the employees are phenomenal! One employee argued with me that they made my specialty drink correct, when I pulled up the Starbucks site to show them how it's made, they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes when it was proven differently. My biggest complaint is not the people working here but the app/website/technology portion. I guess they turn off the mobile ordering...
I came in Close to V day,I asked for a Grande Cloud Macchiato.Let me tell you it was a tad strong but really good over all.Staff was very friendly. They did not have Cakepops made(could have been the time . NOT SURE). Mostly clean could have been cleaner over all minimum rating is a 3.5 Highest was 4.0.
