I swear this place is the laziest workers ! I know its nothing serious but its the point. the last 5 times we've bought from here on doordash. any of the side sauces that we pay for! the sour cream , cheese sauce is never put in the bag. yall shouldn't even charge for it as much as people pay for it and dont get it! learn to read the order and do it 1 item at a time . I know thats hard to do!

Website and hours posted on door say they are open until 3am. Workers are visible inside. When I pull up to the drive thru there is an automated message that they are closed. This was at 2am. Very disappointed 3rd shift worker.

Don’t go here. You will literally die of hunger while waiting in the drive through and no one working there will notice because the line never moves anyway.
Also, make sure you order extra food, because you will always be shorted an item. If you walk in, order a lot of food, and they ask if you’re eating for two, tell them you are just eating for one and want to make sure you can eat.
If you want ice for your drink, make sure to take your own ice in. Also, unless you are into vaguely colored sparkling water coming out of every nozzle on the drink machine, err on the side of caution and take your own drink as well.
The ordering kiosk is literally designed to confuse and frustrate people so that they leave and reduce the load on the already overtaxed staff. This is actually a positive, because you won’t be disappointed when you order something and they don’t have it.
Somehow, they also seem to wind up taking only cash later in the evening, so find an ATM before you go.
Honestly, the only experience worse than this place is the Chipotle up the road. At least they are like to have chips here.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Still shocked. Was told to calm down in front of other customers. Added an order of the new fried chicken nuggets. They were really bad. Too hard to bite inside. I do want to say that there was an employee named Jordan who stepped up and was helpful. Probably won't ever return to this location.

They ignored us for five minutes, and refused to talk to us. It took 15 minutes to put in our order. Can’t believe this is how customer service is nowadays! Never going there again, and a family walked out because they were getting the same treatment.

Went there at 10:07 for a DoorDash order. Normally I wouldn’t review a place based on this but I feel the need to do so. The doors were locked but the place had about 6-8 teenagers inside just having a good ole time. They were super slow, because there were adults having a good time with the teens too giving drinks and stuff. Then they wasn’t even paying attention to the orders and tried to give me the wrong order. Gave me no drink carriers. Did not hand the orders separately so I could take the required pictures. And it was an absolute horrible experience and I would hate to know what’s it like to actually eat there. Definitely do not recommend

Jordan and Jackson were cooking and prepping today and the food came out wonderful. I hate getting low portion/skimpy food that doesn't look like the advertisement, but boy Jordan and Jackson didn't disappoint me at all. Please take good care of these employees and give them better compensation. It's not easy doing what they do and to actually care about the food going out to the customers.
