The lady in Taco Bell today was so rude, me and my sister went in and started to order off the screen and supposedly they where close but there door was unlocked and she just comes from the back saying we are closed in a rude way so unprofessional.

Got a number 10 today and everything was perfect ! Around 3pm ! My grill cheese burrito was actually grilled right! Not one mistake and despite being very busy the wait wasn’t long at all! Young man at the window with brown hair and the black guy with dreads both smiling and had great energy!

Have to beg to get your food put in a bag and the girl acted like we was a criminal for it.. ordered $60 worth or food told her we needed alotta hot sauce... got home to 3 WHOLE packs

I'm changing my review to 1 star. Every time I come through here, something is wrong with my order. Every. Single. Time. Something is missing, I have the wrong food, half my order is missing... it is always something. They never apologize, they don't care. Last time I gave them a try the lady at the window wanted to argue with me that she bagged my order right when the food I ordered wasn't in the bag. This place is suck. Skip.
I ordered a burrito supreme and a side order of beans and cheese. The beans were undercooked and had been scorched. The burrito had no sour cream and had onions on it when I had asked for no onions.

I can see that Taco Bell is finally getting a better staff the person at the window, It was a male. He was very friendly and helped me with my order. I will be returning more often.(:
