I ask for my fries to be fresh the guy at the window said drive to the door and we will get you your food after 20 min of waiting I went back to the drive-through window and he said we forgot about your order that wasn’t nice at all then they make me wait other 10 min to do my food again and the fries was cold

This is not the first time that I ordered a DIET drink and got regular! They just don't care enough to pay attention to something that could LITERALLY kill me as a Diabetic! Couple that with the $3+ that a large drink costs now and it is super fruatrating!

My wife and I usually visit this Wendy's when we are out and about and we are generally pleased with this particular location. However, yesterday the Hamburgers where really sloppily made. My wife had a single and I had a baconator (single). I'll start with my sandwich, it's called a Baconator right? To me that would imply a reasonable amount of bacon on the burger, especially if you see the picture, there was two half's of a single slice of bacon and so much mayo and ketchup I could use the extra to dip my fries in. My wife's single looked like it was tossed in a blender and again the condiments were excessive. I was watching the girl making the sandwiches, she was doing this on everyone's sandwiches. I've gotten to the point of completely boycotting all Wendy's location, you count on people to be conscience any more. You might think that perhaps they were busy, but there were three cars in the drive and one other patron in the dining room. No excuses!

Really stinks when you go there and the food is great but when you order door dash and pay more money you recieve half your food. Almost 3 times now. I always try to give a benefit of the doubt but its super upsetting. Sorry guys. But especially late at night there is no excuse when slower.

Came through at about 2am, got two chicken blts, made to wait 10 minutes at the window. They have me prob two hour old chicken anyway. Super disgusting. Y'all wouldn't of needed to go 24hrs and try to boost those numbers if you didn't do this to your customer base. Foul. Whoever is in kitchen serving food like that to your guests shouldn't be employed.

Absolute garbage service waited in line for over 30 minutes to even put an order in. The people in front of us left. Lady at the counter was super rude and seemed like she didn’t care at all. Absolute worst service ever. Won’t be back until management gets this under control. Completely unacceptable for a fast food chain

Went to this location & tried to use $4 off mobile coupon & was told by the mgr (Michael) I could not use it because he could not enter it into the register. Sounds like a Wendy's problem Michael, not a customer problem. You told me I could only get $2 off when coupon was for $4. You owe me 2 bucks Michael. You should take your shirt off & get another job. Poor customer service & horrible problem solving on your part. Skip this place until Michael is gone.
