Went to this location & tried to use $4 off mobile coupon & was told by the mgr (Michael) I could not use it because he could not enter it into the register. Sounds like a Wendy's problem Michael, not a customer problem. You told me I could only get $2 off when coupon was for $4. You owe me 2 bucks Michael. You should take your shirt off & get another job. Poor customer service & horrible problem solving on your part. Skip this place until Michael is gone.

It’s a normal fast food restaurant that gave us everything we asked for. They were nice and understanding. They offered us other options and accepted our reply.

I ordered a Dave's single combo. The fries were old overcooked and were thrown out. The sandwich i received was an old Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The was so stale it crumbled in my hand, so the sandwich was also thrown out. The lady at the drive thru did not appear to want to be there and wasn't very friendly. Overall I spent $12.99 for food that was either incorrect or not edible. I will not return to this location as this seems to be the norm for this restaurant.

I placed a mobile order. When I went to get it, it was cold . it was asked to be made again and they adamantly refused. They were rude, disrespectful and ignorant in my opinion. Clearly there is lack of leadership and education among the group of people that were working at 4 o’clock on Saturday, September 6. When I called to get my money back, she adamantly refused and told me I had to do it online. I then asked who I was speaking to . She expressed to me that she did not have to give me her name because they owned their own name. This was a woman with a beard. Another perfect example of complete and utter ignorance in my opinion. I’m not quite certain how with the kind of staff that I dealt with that anything in the store runs properly. Clearly the Wendy’s corporation is either unaware or could care less who is representing their store. It’s a shame that these types of businesses are more concerned about making money than staffing in my opinion.

My husband and I just went to this Wendy’s (Amelia, OH) to get breakfast on 8/30/25 and an elder lady taking the order was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the fast food business. We will NEVER be back to this location. Although, I will give credit to the lady that was working beside her, she was nice and also the manager Desmond but unfortunately that one rude lady did spoil our experience at this Wendy’s. Message to the owner of this restaurant… I have a feeling this is not the first time this lady has been reported and from other reviews I have read seems like this is the type of employees you hire to run your business. Do better and I’m not interested in free food so don’t contact me to fix it with coupons, I don’t want them.

This was my first time at Wendy's for breakfast. The Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit and the Seasoned Potatoes were really good. The service provided was fast and friendly.
