We LOVE Big Brews BBQ. They catered our rehearsal dinner a year ago and our family members still mention how good it was. We are using them again to provide sides for a get together we are hosting because we can’t go wrong with Big Brews BBQ. Super easy to work with, reasonably priced, and the food is delicious!!! Why did I wait so long to try this?!??! Best food I have had since I left the south. The ribs fall off the bone! Mac n cheese so creamy! Super friendly too. We will definitely be going back!
We got ribs and pork tips. The pork tips were tasty and bite size. The ribs were good too. The rib sauce was unique- a mix of a little sweet, tangy, and spicy. The mac and cheese was creamy with rich flavor , we really enjoyed that also. We want to get the beef brisket next time.
