The girls at the counter were quite rude and short with us. We ordered six ice creams. One of them was a banana split, and when we asked to swap out the flavors with others, they tried to charge us an extra 50 cents per scoop subbed out.
Then when one of the ice creams was supposed to be in a waffle come and it came out on a cake cone, we said it was supposed to be in a waffle, and they aggressively threw it in the trash and walked away without saying a word.
Then one of our sundaes was all ice cream and basically no toppings. I’ve attached a picture for this.
And finally, they advertise on a chalkboard sign out front that they have chili dogs, but after we’ve ordered it, they tell us they have no chili and no cheese.

TLDR: Lower your expectations for customer service to worse than McDonald’s & only order basic things like soft serve and you may be fine.
Update: Gave it one last chance as we had the rest of a coupon to use & it confirmed never returning. Rude staff & out of chocolate soft serve. Then the girl taking the order only gave us one of the only two things we ordered. Not paying attention at all. Menu is super confusing.
Was super excited to try this place out as a first time customer. When we arrived we glanced at the menu as we waited. Another customer came up with her kids standing as if she was going to cut us- looks like she knew the owners because they let their kid run inside the kitchen eating.. Not the most welcoming intro! Ice cream was decent - I got Cookie Monster & was confused because it was just Oreo until I got to the bottom where there was a small cookie dough chunk. I got two vastly different flavors in a cup but they somehow tasted the same? Not the worst ice cream I’ve ever had but won’t be rushing back. /: always a shame when you’re excited to try a new place but the service isn’t great, oh well!

Very nice ice craam shop. A very extensive menu. Plenty of great choices. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
Parking: Asphalt parking lot on both sides of ice cream shop.
Big Vs is wonderful! Our ice cream treats were delicious, all the tables are painted festive colors and the staff was friendly and FAST.

Ice cream was not good at all I had a Reece sundae with chocolate ice cream and it tasted like it was freezer burnt. It’s not layered either so it’s just a large cup of ice cream with a little bit of toppings on it.

So disappointed in our experience. Ordered 3 cones that were all the supposed to be the same size 1 girls made the first 2 and a different young lady made the 3rd and it was literally half the size of the first 2. And then despite my husband ordering his (our 4th cone) specifically on a waffle cone he still almost got a sugar cone because the young lady wasn't actually listening when he ordered she just heard cone apparently. And the ice cream did not have good flavoring it tasted like vanilla with a hint of raspberry. Definitely not like any black raspberry chocolate chunk I've had elsewhere. My recommendation is save your money and yourself from disappointment.
