I hope this was just a bad evening. The food took a very long time to come. There were three of us. None of us thought the food was great. It was just ok (Dennys is better).

Bob Evens has just kinda gone down hill for me. The food is messed, and Luke warm. Service has been horrible in Amherst and Elyria. Dirty tables, just not a great place anymore
this is the SECOND time this place has given me undone food and brunt scraps to eat. i order to go because i don’t like sitting down eating places but that doesn’t mean serve food uncook and the food you’ve messed up and can’t give the people sitting down. what’s the point of paying $30 plus tips for people to throw things in a to go container that should’ve been tossed after the mistake of burning them or simply not cooking it long enough

Ordered the chicken salad. Tasted like old chicken and salad did not seem fresh. They have greatly decreased the amount of bread with this meal. Poor value and poor quality. Very disappointing.

Food was nice and comforting. Husband liked his chicken and noodles over potatoes, and my BLT with turkey was good. Service was excellent.
